i am noticing that LRE staff is not evaluating plots in this form for the last few days. what is the reason? may be you guys r very busy. CMY Saab we only depend on LRE to know market trend. and if LRE will do this then where we will go?

@Siddique although this is CMY's favourite but you need to think of the market and potentials. There are tons of oppertunities in lahore property market. why you want to go for riskier project. where organisation dont have any history or delivery record. if you want make home or live there then is different story may be ten years.

AWT transfer is simple, no need to apply for NDC they will check on Spot. Very Cooperative staff and if Buyers and sellers are there they can transfer the plot in same day they transfer 4 days a week, Transfer set you get from them free of cost and fill it before you reach for transfer.
At time of transfer they will take only transfer fees and they will tell you to submit all formalities CVT, stamp and Tax etc in one or 2 days. Very simple procedure and convenient.
However If you are buyer I will recommend you to visit the office once at least to take transfer set. At that time show them allotment letter copy from seller and get information about file is clear or not.
Some area in AWT also don't have possession ask them forehand. I am not sure in how many days they issue new transfer letter.

A turnkey contract is the one in which you handover the project completely to the builder and he is responsible for arranging all the material, supervising the site, payments of all kind etc.

You look new to this forum
please make sure it was not affidavit file, All those files which were affidavit till 1st May 2015 were not included in Ballot. Getting intimation letter means you own the file but does not mean that your file was allotted plot in last ballot dated 15th may.
If You answer two question what was date of intimation letter
How much transfer fees you paid did you pay CVT stamp duty etc, if yes then your file was allocation and it should have plot in Ballot.
If DHA office did not ask for Blank Stamp papers [Thousands Rs of amount] Then it is Affidavit file and you may have to wait for next ballot.
Better send Email of ll these details to LRE

1-I got intimation letter on 30 April 2014.which mentioned that after 30 working days collect allocation letter from DHA office in person.
2- I did not pay any fee or taxes yet. can you tell me diffence between affidevit file and allocation file.
