Assalam o alaikum all,

I just started reading this forum since one week, Its quite informative for a newbie like me who doesn't know much about property dealings and features.

I wanted to know the current value of my plot. Its not included in the blue or red line plots on CMY's map. Location is good, its near park and main road. I would be very grateful.

DHA administrator Brig Babar said on Prism ballot day speech DHA Town ballot in Mid July 2015.

DHA town possession on that day or even before that. INSHA ALLAH I must add. I cant control DHA. If DHA changes its possession schedule for any reason I dont want to get blamed for it.

prices at possession or near by possession. People have already started demanding 61 Lacs for main road plots and 56 to 57 lacs for back of main plots.

I wont hold a plot in DHA Town for investment purpose. No more room left for good gains. Sell DHA town after possession to buy Prism non developed 5 marla in R or good plot in J and K blocks.

I was informed by LRE thru e mail that I have been ballotted plot no as follows:
9 /OLO/003768/                       9P/Q/000955
Subsequently I was told that the plot is 9/OL/003768/ 9P/P/ 001065
I do not understand this. What is the diff between OL and OLO?
Please note that the Allocation letter had a Serial No 9/10-645/5 and application number 3768 mentioned on it. There is no mention of OL or OLO anywhere. Can someone clarify. Why should there be 2 files with the same application form number?

Your plot no is 9/OL/003768/ 9P/P/ 001065

OLO
files are issued to army officers for retirement benefits etc. Your file is a land file according to serial no 9/10-645/5

Your correct plot no is 9 /OL /003768/ 9P/P/001065 You can also call DHA phone line + and verify your plot number with CNIC. Tell them you are confused with OLO and OL number.


Tariq Mahmood serial no indicates me your file is NOT OLO file. You should follow OL number for your plot.

Serial No Serial No 9/10-645/5 your was 5th one kanal land file allotted for sale deed 645 of big chunk of land given to DHA many years back.

That long time ago OLO
files were non existent. A file with OLO is issued to military officers for their ret benefits.

sorry if am am wrong.i donot agree with cmy.
you have purchased plot from army officer that is why your plot no is olo.you can check from your file. now any civilian who bought file from army officer before ballot they considered as an civilian file & ULTIMATELY ballotted with the civilian &not with army balloting at GHQ.if this olo file was not sold by army officer then this will not be balloted with civilion&ballotted with army only.
the other no with 9/ol/003768 is not your,it is land owner & his plot no is p1065.
i have also purchased army file & have same condition.
so your plot no is Q-955 against your file no 9/OLO/003768
YUOR PLOT IS ON BIG ROAD &HAVE VERY GOOD
LOCATION.BE HAPPY.

I am a retired Navy Commodore and the same is clearly stated on my Application form as well on the Allocation Letter address by DHA. Mr Iqbal logic appears convincing.

So if you are a civilian and you purchased it from civilian, it is safe to say that it is an OL file? We purchased ours back in 2005 and on the letter it does not mention any army oersonnel i.e. no army credentials before the name like major, colonel etc.

If we include development charges of 18 lacs, above mentioned
prices are equal to phase 7 prices. It doesn't make sense to invest in phase 9 now. Invest in phase 7 now and in couple of years exit phase 7 and then enter into phase 9. Development anyways going to take more than 5 years.

Phase 9 has much better
location compared to 7, it's is behind phase 6 and at the endge there is BRB canal while phase 9 is adjacent to phase 5 Askari 11 9Town state life 1 nd 2 Having Enterance to LRR ,Ferozpur Rd, Defence Rd, Qaid e Azam interchange moreover InshAllah u ll see after few yes the plot will in 7 worth 2.5 crore to 2.7 den same size will go for 3 to 5 crore in phase 9 as per DHA Officials they were also mentioned in dere speech at the ballot day that's y Phase 9 is best for Investment u ll see InshAllah they rate will shoot in few days coz of its Location Rest Allah knows Better well stay Happy cheerz....

location of phase 7 is much better than phase 9 and for this please visit the area in detail and you will know what i mean. Regards.
