R - Block visit

Dear all!
I wish to share the observations made by me during my visit to DHA 9 R Block site today.
1) I opted the route from ferozepur road via Hudiara drain road. This road is just recently rehabilitated and almost bump free although due to ongoing rehab work in couple of hundred yards portion, I had to detour which was nasty as road on the other side is non-existent. Apart from that and 3 trolleys the trip from
ferozepur road to entry point near theater village was smooth
.
2) Hudiara drain is an old rain storm channel although have been converted to "nala" but a very important point to be noted that during my stay near DHA office building in R - Block neither nasty nor smell of any less degree was present. The point which we easily omit while referring to this naala is within Pakistan territory not a single factory is located till theater village bridge, which is just below R - Block on the map

3) ground is level in almost throughout the R - block area except for 2 mammoth pits which are exactly where DHA apartmens and 14 kanal park + 5 Kanal water works are to be built thereby sparing the residential plots completely.

4) I then travelled through single metalled road running between future dha apartments and 14 kanal park and entered dha town where 95 % development work is complete and then reached ring road through askari-xi.

5)Area around R - Block is mainly cultivated

I see many odd shape plots in nearly all sectors of prism. Any reason for this particurly when these could have been easily avoided by better town planning. Any chance of changes in subsequent revision of the phase.

Please comment on the Location of B-573 and suggest if it should be kept or should sell it.

any chance that R block will be extended towards right side where there is only empty land...no village...and will DHA start its development from Q and R block due to the reason that they are near to already developed area...?

Only few one or max two roads are allowed for use to villages residents.

Rest of the roads are completely restricted and blocked and DHA also install a boundary around all the villages.

If buying a plot near Pungali please make sure you are facing away from village. Your main gate should not be iin front of village

On the advice of relatives, i had invested money in Phase -9 prism 5 Marla files. My two plots locations are near 1413 and 1353. u r requested to kindly evaluate it and give estimated current and few months price, as some people say these are near to bondries but bein 5 M for good its close to ring road as well. Anyone from CMY team can give the assessment. thank you

Now that the map is out n things r clear prism appears to b a good investment for medium term gains. Now there r only a few hundred 10 marla plots. I want to ask the property gurus here on this site if this wud bring greater gains for 10 marla owners.

Thanks to all friends for congratulations for my son high school graduation today. After 12 years study he will go to no 11 University of Wisconsin out of top 100 Universities in computer science and engineering . There are above 5000 universities here in USA.

One of the happiest day of my life. Feels like kid was just born yesterday but now he is 18 and 6 feet 4 inches tall. Crazy about Pakistani cricket team.
