Please do things intelligently then hard labor.
Spend just 2 days on Prism map and give street by street review feedback for example Sec X Plot No 1 to 10 Good location, 11 to 14 bad location.Every person will see that list find the plot and get review point bad or good.

@ahmed, when CMY was out of scene for couple of days after balotting, I thought he must have been working on the map to give every body a surprise with street by street review. If he had done that, life would have been a lot easier for him & for all others who have been emailing & posting their requests over & over again from last one week without getting any good luck.

I have been a silent visitor of this blog for a while now. I'm surprised to see how the perception of ppl change overnight. Following are my thoughts on Dha phase 9
1. It's Dha. There is no safer investment at least in lahore compared to it. If past is any guide then investment in Dha turns out to b good in long run
2. A lot of end road pockets means more privacy n exclusivity plots since only residents of those plots will b using that area. It also means more parking space, relatively private area for walk and safer for children to play. On top of that it will b more secure. If you have a park nearby it's even better since no stranger will b sitting in park and steering at your house
3. A lot of 5 marla sectors are near LRR that means easy access and max 30 min drive to anywhere in lahore. That is huge plus. Plots that are away from LRR they can check the prices of societies nearby again good price increase.

For plots facing graveyard of village or factory. Plz remember u might not get price of good plot but it will b a lot higher than these in 5 years time

I would advise to hold n see ur wealth grow

Ok to hold. I would not say that plots in front of LRR are too bad. There is enough distance to protect these plots from Lahore ring road traffic noise and dust.

My views for facing LRR were different before but here I see separation/ distance is enough to make these plot safe to live and view could be good from inside upper room due to enough open space between LRR and plots.

Some people even love to buy a plot at max prices under the jumbo jet landing take off points near air port.


There may be few shokeen log that may pay higher prices for facing Lahore Ring Road plots in future for showing off their houses to the entire Lahore.

I am sorry plot is not worst location but still village near it will have bad impact on future gains here please sell and add 10 lacs for better location plot in upper blocks.

Plot is ok to hold. dont worry about Anmol HS. Its not a village. Its just poorly developed scheme. DHA should take over it and do a re carpeting of roads etc. That will be good addition to Prism.

N 266 is not facing towards village so no need to worry. Hold it. No a prime location but worth keeping

Yes Anmol is a housing society with two or three big houses. May b kanal or two kanals. I think It consist of big houses only. M block location is not bad.

P-715 not a worst location. Could keep it for long term. Area in front of it may be taken over by DHA before possession given.
