Excellent Plan - DHA Prism Phase 9


First of all congratulations to all who have finally got the plot numbers in the most wonderful ever announced phase of DHA. This phase has such nice dynamics that everyone might not be able to understand quickly. This wonderful phase has touch of Industrial neighborhood, mix of urban and rural life, proximity to water streams both clean and waste, ample land for graveyards, theme parks.

In nutshell the benefits of this Prism phase can't be jotted down on a single page and any one who wants to get the benefits of this sector as early as by 2030, investment here is unmatched.

Your opinion about Civic Zone 1 8 Marla Commercial.

I am planning to purchase one facing 150ft plot near to 45 or 46 and there is one more on offer plot # near to 18 or 20.

He is asking for 52 million (520 lac) for plot near to 45 or 46 and 49 million (490 lac) for plot near to 18 or 20...

What do you think should be my offer to him ?

I am not LRE so cannot estimate the price. Plot is well placed so I am sure you will not be in loss atleast but donot expect any large gains too. Market will define the price in next few months.
