Ring Road effects
Looks like ring road southern loop has specially being designed for prism phase 9, this seems to be the only decent access for the phase 9, it will definitely act as a game changer as there was no direct access due to presence of state life and other pock lands.. sectors directly connecting to ring road will gain fortune in future..please post you comments on the analysis

You are right there is no decent entry to phase 9 prism except LRR and it will connect phase 4,5 and ferozepur road very comfortably 05 min only and especially benefit J F & H phases because its going to be the legitimate & most used entry point to dha phase 9 prism.

An interesting fact to consider: I have check with authentic Islamic Scholars and they all say file is haram in Islam.
Simple reason: Islam do not allow games of chance and lottery. This file and the unknown location is just like that. If you have a facing park plot you hit the lottery on the other hand you get a boundary plot you investment is stuck.
Just a thought for next time. I for one always buy plot from map never files.

@Haris...What about pension which is result of government investments in state life and mutual funds. What about soldier who got killed during war declared as Shaheed but was fetching salary from funds tainted by National Savings defence savings investments...we should come out off useless discussions. Your point could be carry weightage if you mention and different options of hallal income with in Pakistani context keeping in view, widows, aged pensioners and overseas who are always deceived....Excuse me please for being straight.

One should keep anything in sector J, it will definitely gain alot due to LRR, just dont sell it in panic

I agree with Hasan, J Block is the best location as far as access is concerned. You can reach Phase 8 from J Block in few minutes, just think how much time you need from some of the other blocks.

I have seen some comments that there are zigzags in J Block, does this matter really as they are not visible except in map.

Keep the plot, I am sure it will be at least half the price of 1 Kanal on inner blocks.

yes ZM one can not identify zig zags if you are living there, it is only in the map.. upper area of J block has alot of potential from growth after ring road construction

Property dealers are big twisters. J bkock is the best block of future and if you ask a property dealer he will say, your plot is at very bad location but when he would be selling it, golden words would be lts near ring road, direct access and so on.For me J block is the best block except for those who want to misguide people.So please think from your own mind not from property dealers mind that will help you better.Thanks.

There is park after one lane and grave yard behind 2 lanes.
No Nala near by. My brother is allotted C-1289 and is generally considered very good location

F1758 is suppose to be very good as have good approach to RR, park/masjid/school and commercial but drawback is at boundary of huge village and usually people don't like to make home at boundary and also avoid to invest at boundary plots. so let wait and see. if got some reasonable price then could relocate to other blocks which will be developed early than F. It also depends your own choice if want to make home for yourself what do u like. good luck bhai.

Rizwan Bhai, honestly speaking sector J is the worse sector in all sectors in 9. Only upper portion near Kamah having more plots are at better location otherwise whole sector J is ZIG ZAG and RR will not be helpful for all sector as isolated. Really I m not dis hearting those 100s plot holders but eventually it is fact as very bad location at all. I m not comparing this sector with others having 1 k plots but only comparing with other 5m community sectors like R & K having 5 marlas more plot there. Wishing good luck for J plot holders but please don't through your plots at cheap in a panic. I did not see any sector in entire DHA from phase 1 to 9 that complete sector like this. Almost whole sector is parallel to RR due to this Air as well as noise pollution is an other disadvantage to J.I m sorry if any body feels not good about my comments. regards

@Jamal: R1036 is isolated at this time and is not consider as good. in future If all nearby land occupied by DHA then ok otherwise not a good plot. sorry

I think J block has great potential.Reason being access to ferozpur road and ring road.Its quite near to phase 4 and can make direct connection with it.If every society is gauning due to ring road why this sector should go down.No way.Slight disadvantage is its zig zag but thats a small thing.It will take sime time but patience is the key.Things will get absolutely clear in a month time.Best of luck for J block plot holders.

I am totally agreed with ZM, SAM and Sabih that Sector J Got a great future coze of LRR and ferozepur road. i have spoken too many agents regarding Sector J. Most of the agents said it got a bright future. But one thing i can asses which it would develop in the last. This is my assesment. Allah knows better. Best of luck Sector J
