@Rana Muhammad Anwar back of boundary on 80 ft road near to mall not too far from park and farther away from graveyard village. Ok plot I'd say keep it, it should give you some money in the long run but do check on google maps what is on the other side of the boundary is it state life or something else? That should factor in your decision State life is good.

B.479 is above average due to nearby village otherwise very good.
E862 is good location plot. Other brothers have their own assessment.

I read most of questions and replies?
It is panic situation specifically for some investors. But if we look on overall property prices in Lahore how could be loser in DHA.

It is just bussiness tricks and economics law.

In coming few months those will sale there property without waiting for stability in market will be loser.

If u look on map every block has unique qualities and should be considered as potential investment.

I think this market picture and conditions will not clear until next year.

Could've been a good plot if it wasnt for the water tank in front. I'd say keep it for a year before selling. You will earn 20% minimum.

It is not very good location ...you can say average location due to 3 reasons

1 - Mosque (Parking issue)
2 - Plot size is not square
3 - Back against village

Good point is that it is near park

@ABV. R741 is not good location due to farm house in front and nearby village. It is better to relocate some where else with adding some amount.
