Inclusion in Phase 9 Ballot

Dear CMY,

I have intimation letter since 2009 for a file that was bought for me while I was overseas by my brother. I have not received the allocation letter until now, I just have intimation letter.

I want to find out if my file will be included in the ballot.

I looked at leaked map and it seems fake. DHA claims to have a golf course , theme park , riding club but i donot see any of these in map. Atleast theme park and golf course should be visible

how much time it will take to complete balloting process , i think just a single push in minute will come up with records and plot no ?? does computer balloting can have error and omissions ?? will 1k , 10m and 5 marla balloting will held with intervals , how much time dealers take to get balloting result from dha office ?? :cl :pkf

DHA Lahore Phase 9 Prism ballot will be held in DHA auditorium in R block at 10 am. Entry by passes only due to limited space and chief guest security details. No cell phones and cameras or electronic/electrical devices allowed due to very strict security.

If you have already filled form for ballot check there is no need to fill this form again. CNIC no is no needed.

Official results may not be available till Monday because DHA office is closed on Satuday and Sunday.

In 2011, 50 lac spare investment was in my hand. I purchased a 7 Marala plot and constructed a house in punjab small industry society near LUMS university in 2011 on the recommendation of my friend and expended 52 lac including plot.i rented this house. Now if i sale out this house, its value is 70 to 75 lac. So i gain only 20 lac approx profit on my this investment if include rent than 28 approx.
Now when i read yr previous posts and valuable advice to user of this web site, i think that my decesion reagarding construction of house and rented it, was a wrong decision.If i invest 52 lac 5 years before in any yr suggested DHA phase or any society, i earns reasonable profit rather than construct a house.
Now i decided to sale out this house and invest 70 to 75 lac amount to DHA Multan or DHA Rehbar because have spare investment for me for incoming 5 to 10 years. please suggest me yr valuable opinion/ recommendations.please reply CMY bhai. Regards

I have seen in ur recent posts that u have suggested to invest in NFC 2, as it is supposed to be develop very soon. I have come to know that this NFC2 is not approved from LDA. what is ur opinion about it?

Also there are huge number of Mortgage plots in NFC 2.
then why you recommend to invest in NFC 2?
LRR will also be crossed inside from NFC 2.
Which blocks will be affected and which block and road you recommend and why?
