how I can check plot number after ballot, I have intimation letter only. allocation letter is not collected. I called DHA office on +, but phone is not working.
can we check plot number by name or cnic.

In 2011, 50 lac spare investment was in my hand. I purchased a 7 Marala plot and constructed a house in punjab small industry society near LUMS university in 2011 on the recommendation of my friend and expended 52 lac including plot.i rented this house. Now if i sale out this house, its value is 70 to 75 lac. So i gain only 20 lac approx profit on my this investment if include rent than 28 approx.
Now when i read yr previous posts and valuable advice to user of this web site, i think that my decesion reagarding construction of house and rented it, was a wrong decision.If i invest 52 lac 5 years before in any yr suggested DHA phase or any society, i earns reasonable profit rather than construct a house.
Now i decided to sale out this house and invest 70 to 75 lac amount to DHA Multan or DHA Rehbar because have spare investment for me for incoming 5 to 10 years. please suggest me yr valuable opinion/ recommendations.please reply CMY bhai. Regards

Also there are huge number of Mortgage plots in NFC 2.
then why you recommend to invest in NFC 2?
LRR will also be crossed inside from NFC 2.
Which blocks will be affected and which block and road you recommend and why?

Your Previous esitmate was 21/14/7
pls elborate, if there new authntic information, As this factor will be very important in reslae especilally in small Plots like 10 Merla.
How Long people will remain in darkness, Now IVY Green was Ballotted 45 days back, still there is no official word, Already IVY green average Prices are increased by 2 Lac in [10 merla]. If they are so slow then what to say when they will statrt and complete development.

I have 4 files one Kanal each in Phase 9, I will try to arrange all 4 plots together at one place.

Want to build one small house in the middle of 4 Kanal. Can I build it as I want or is there any specific restriction by DHA?
