I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago. I ended up investing in DHA Gujranwala due to its close proximity to Lahore. One has to actually travel to the DHA office for the selling process. I dont see as many Lahori investors driving to Multan as compared to Gujranwala.
However as far as I know, DHA Multan balloting is in the 2nd quarter but DHA Gujranwala balloting is in the 3rd quarter.

DHA doesn't need to be at close proximity to established societies. DHA creates societies. Now you will see tons of developments around DHA Gujranwala to cater to the future DHA residents. Just my two cents.

Location Wise CCA-4 will see further price hike as rates are underpriced. Roads are carpeted there. You can maximum return there. where CCA-1 earliest construction is possible thatswhy rates are higher than CCA-4
