Keep it, don't look at rates on daily basis as its long term investment. If you are in need of money then anytime is good time to sell. Don't panic.

It seems that prices will remain stable, however, if 1kanal goes below 47, then it will sharply go down to 42.5

Actually even last year 2013, it was gone upto 52 Lac. And later in December/January, I sharply went down to 44.
So It's a game of no interest for salaried person like us.

Don't look at the price. Leaves of fruit tree fall in time of year too but focus you are having a mango / apple tree in yard and their fruit is not only delicious but rewarding too.

There is no investment better the DHA-9 Lahore in real estate all over and this is whole hearted sincere advice.

For most of people files have been a headache and this is true. If you want to become a high blood pressure patient buy file. In my opinion phase 9 file will decline more as Ph 9 town possession is due in next few months and investors are buying plots over there. A good location 5 marla plot has gone around 47 to 48 Lacs. Once plot are handed over in ph 9 town there will be a jump of 6 to 9 lacs in few months time, which is fair enough for investor.
