آر ڈی اے نے 7 مارکیٹنگ کمپنیوں کو غیر منظور شدہ/ غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں روڈن انکلیو، نیو میٹرو سٹی، فیصل ٹاؤن فیز-II اور بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کی تشہیر دینے کی وجہ سے نوٹس جاری کر دیے۔
آر ڈی اے نے اسپانسرز کو خبردار کیا کہ وہ غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں کے پلاٹوں کی خرید و فروخت فوری طور پر روک دیں۔
راولپنڈی: ڈائریکٹر جنرل راولپنڈی ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی محمد سیف انور جپہ کی ہدایت پر میٹرو پولیٹن پلاننگ اینڈ ٹریفک انجینئرنگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ آر ڈی اے نے سات مارکیٹنگ کمپنیوں ریلائیبل گروپ آف مارکیٹنگ پرائیویٹ لمیٹڈ، اے اے مارکیٹنگ، لیڈ مارکیٹنگ، اسٹیٹ ہائیوز مارکیٹنگ پرائیویٹ لمیٹڈ، اے کے مارکیٹنگ پرائیویٹ لمیٹڈ، ون ون مارکیٹنگ اور لائنز گیٹ مارکیٹنگ پرائیویٹ لمیٹڈ کو غیر منظور شدہ و غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں روڈن اینلیو، نیو میٹرو سٹی، فیصل ٹاؤن فیز-II اور بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کی غیر قانونی تشہیر روکنے کے لیے نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ آر ڈی اے ترجمان کے مطابق ڈی جی آر ڈی اے نے کہا غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں کی تشہیر جس کی آر ڈی اے سے کوئی قانونی حرمت نہیں ہے جو کہ پنجاب ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹیز پرائیویٹ ہاؤسنگ سکیم رولز 2021 کے 46 (1) کے تحت غیر قانونی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک سپانسر اتھارٹی کی پیشگی منظوری کے بغیر پرنٹ اور الیکٹرانک میڈیا یا کسی بھی طریقے سے پلاٹوں یا ہاؤسنگ یونٹس کی فروخت کی تشہیر نہیں کرے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس حوالے سے آگاہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ جب تک کسی پروجیکٹ کو آر ڈی اے سے این او سی نہیں ملتا اسے منظور شدہ یا قانونی منصوبہ قرار نہیں دیا جا سکتا۔ لیکن نجی مارکینگ کمپنیوں کے ویب سائٹس عوام الناس کو گمراہ کر رہی ہیں جو صرف اشتہارات کی تلاش میں بھاری رقم لگا رہے ہیں۔ ایسے منصوبوں کی مارکیٹنگ و پروجیکشن سے عوام الناس کو یہ تاثر ملتا ہے کہ پراجیکٹ پہلے سے منظور شدہ اور قانونی ہے۔ ایسی کمپنیوں کو متنبہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ آپ اس غیر قانونی سرگرمی کا حصہ نہ بنیں جسس کے ذریعے غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں میں سرمایہ کاری کرنے والے عام لوگوں کو دھوکہ دے سکتے ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ڈی جی آر ڈی اے محمد سیف انور جپہ نے ان غیر قانونی سکیموں کے تمام مواد کو ہٹانے کی ہدایت کی ہے جس سے غیر منظور شدہ، جعلی اور غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں میں پلاٹوں کی بکنگ کی صورت میں عام لوگوں سے پیسے کی بھاری لین دین شروع ہو سکتی ہے اس طرح الیکٹرانک میڈیا کے ذریعے عام لوگوں کو دھوکہ دیا جارہا ہے۔ مزید برآں، منصوبوں کی قانونی حیثیت آر ڈی اے کی ویب سائٹ www.rda.gop.pk پر آسانی سے قابل رسائی ہے یا ایم پی اینڈ ٹی ای ڈائریکٹوریٹ آر ڈی اے سے براہ راست حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پنجاب ڈویلپمنٹ آف سٹیز ایکٹ 1976 اور پنجاب ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹیز پرائیویٹ ہاؤسنگ سکیمز رولز 2021 کی عدم تعمیل کی صورت میں، آر ڈی اے متعلقہ قانون کے تحت کمپنیوں کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی شروع کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

Just an update on DCK, for friends from Punjab.


Finally, DCK management has decided to run the project like other DHAs. We are seeing a lot of new and unprecedented steps being taken by the management. As witnessed below:


As per my source, within the DCK Management office in Pindi, DCK Lahore sub-office will be opened within the next 2-3 weeks (or sooner), Insha’Allah.


This means a much larger investor base for the project and excellent exposure.

Steel Prices Experience a Decline as the Rupee Gains Strength Against the US Dollar


Islamabad: Recent reports indicate a significant decrease in steel prices compared to cement, offering a respite to the construction sector. The information reveals a notable drop in the cost of steel per ton, decreasing from less than PKR 305,000 to PKR 245,000.


The recent appreciation of the national currency is attributed to the decline in steel costs. Market observers attribute the depreciation in steel pricing mainly to the strengthening of the rupee. According to dealers, the branded series is priced between PKR 263,000 and PKR 265,000, while the current per-ton pricing of local steel stands at PKR 245,000.


Conversely, there has been a slight nationwide increase in the pricing of cement bags each week. According to statistics from the department, the average cost of a cement bag in the northern areas is now PKR 1,276, representing a 0.35% increase compared to the previous week's PKR 1,271.
