Dear sirs,

I wanted to ask about buying property from both an investment and settling point of view. Firstly what is your opinion of phase 6? Will plot prices continue to rise, or will there be any decline etc in the forseeable future? Same for phase 5, as alot of people tell me they have hit peak and must drop soon?

Also, from investment point of view, what would be a good phase to invest in with a budget of 5-6 million? I only want to invest in DHA lahore as that seems most safe at the moment. Phase 9 looks promising in 1 kanal segment and perhaps phase 8 in 10 marla segment? When can returns be expected?
