you should go for phase 9 file as this file will convert into a plot of a proper phase but for phase 8 file its like a small sector which is completely seperated from phase 8 and moreover location of phase 9 is far better..

Phase 9 is proper phase and 8 z blick file is 2 km off badian road soo I think 9 is much better
