Prices are going high in Rawalpindi and now in lahore because the game of Investors and as well as of Bahria Town also playing key role in that game they rise the prices and suddenly push back prices when they need it,this is an interesting play which cant be seen by layman who only have 1 or 2 plots.

I share my experience, my brother in law bought a 3.5marla house in Eden on installments and has been paying installments from a long long period of time. Now Eden have sent them a letter to offer them the money he has paid in installments, back.

I recommended him to take your money back as soon as possible before they even no longer stick to this offer.

Total=270000
After that u can go to survey department for demarcation of plot and building ur house.

I bought a plot in Phase 8 U Block. I was told similar thing. I personally went to DHA office and they confirmed that all plot on express way 160 feet road can face towards expressway.

Why you guys want to live in a house that faces a busy road with heavy traffic that brings with it noise, pollution and hazardous environment all day and into most of the night? Live in a quiet street preferably with a closed end so that little children can venture out without fear of an accident and where grown ups can take a stroll after dinner. Live in a peaceful place, not where it feels you are in the middle of a market. Thats my two cents. I respect other' opinions as they will differ.

@ mir, coz of the following!
1) almost 5 years since balloting but still no development
2 no approved map still
3) no serious efforts seem to improve the conditions in near future

but I have observed a reasonable price hike since last year. What could be the reason I donnno.
I have a plot in this society but I am very disappointed with the approach of management. Let me know any good news related to this society.

People are offering main road plots on higher side but one thing I want to say that this is not the final map.It is obvious that map has to be changed and good plots can go on bad places.
