Basement...Go for smaller shops(4 to 5 decent sized) (Expected rent Rs 7000 from each shop)
GF.........One open hall with attach bath & kitchen counter(Expected rent minimum Rs 150000)
FF.........Two halls with attach baths & kitchen counters (Expected rent Rs 30000 each minimum)
SF.........Three decent sized single bed apartments. (Expected rent Rs 15000 each minimum)

I recently completed my 5 marla commercial plaza at A side. Alhumdulillah 100% rented out.

With Phase 9 already out of my budget can some friends tell whats the chances of growth in Phase 9 extension, is it safe and worth to invest?? why is its price less then Ph 9 proper, will it grow like Phase 9??

@Khurram sb. I am not expert but I believe DHA any phase is safe and worth to invest. I was trying to buy Phase 9 extension file but due to short supply of extension files I bought phase 9 file recently. Cheers

Bahria had low prices as compared to DHA and prices will quickly catchup.
DHA will always be hot investement both for secure investement and quick sale purchase.

I want to ask a question . I have 5 x 5 bath in my room I want o renovate it with 7 ft tiles on walls as well as tile on floor . Further to get the electrical wiring within wall . To install new acessories i.e WC , mount counter basen ( currently have old style) and new taps showe etc.

Around 20000, I think. When you renovate, it involves demolition also.
