DHA 9 Extension etc
While i welcome to comers in to the land business, perhaps a little bit maturity and wise thoughts are required from all of you gentlemen.
1- The
location of Ph-9 extension would surely be with PH-9. It is practically not possible that an extension will be place elsewhere then then ph-9.
A small hint that state-life phase 2, is under strongly consideration by DHA authorities to take over, that's why st-life phase 2, becoming higher.
2-The Extension
files of pH-9 (the affidavit) clearly mentioning the
Qita and Khasra numbers of the land, where the part of st-phase life 2, targeted, while both DHA/ST life is hindering this part, as saying the talks between both of them is going away. SO no words of saying in the AIR....
3- At last, st-life has no money to further develop another society like st-ph-1, thus bargaining the maximum with DHA is there is approach, and get rid of that land pointing and injecting into ph-9 proper. perhaps, hudabia drain is causing that land putting them in to negative. Be careful those, ph-9 extension buyers, good for file investment, perhaps after ballot of extension, plot rates will vary depending on who is near to drain.(nalaaa)... so very careful for long term planners.
