Dear Rubab, Phase 7 has already been changed recently and there is not much room for further amends as there are major roads on two sides and BRB on the third. I dont expect any further changes in 7.

Rana Azman, keep ur plot, its Time to purchase. D block is near EME and will have excess to canal road sometimes. Prices will shoot up soon. Possession is near. Canal rd is expensive than Raiwind road.

Dear All respectable members,

I need your sugstion and solution about Power of Attorney document.
I have given a POA to a friend and now I want to cancel it but he is not available mean disapear. This POA covers full rights to buy or sale any property on my name. I dont have a copy of this document. Kindly help me how I can cancel it with out him? and what is the way? If some body has any good lawyer please refer to me.

One who has issued POA can cancel it. You are the owner unless attornee has already executed any agreements. Did you just gave general POA or it was specific to any one property. Please explain more for detail answer. which society and how was it obtained?

I agree with you sheikh Sb, but its complete new drawing and even plot has been replaced with roads or something else.
so it should be locations not plot numbers, but few people are spreading rumours about changing plot numbers. any confirmation from DHA

DHA is not issuing any clarification . Some persons in the market are selling plots according to new map where location is too good of odd plots.

The best choice is now to buy DHA 9 file. Now its your option either go for Kanal file or two marla, One 10 Marla with one 5 marla.
