Anyways neither DHA or EX-AIR AVENUE is going to conduct a opening cermoney or developing a plan to publish half paper pamplet into the major news paper. Are you in the in country, or seem to me dont visit the site area regularly. This is new is now 15 days old almost. The Construction in "N" block has already in place now, rest from next month the construction activity will boost apparently. Defenately prices will overlap to Park-View pricing. Infact Ph8 is going to be the 3rd expensive phase after phase5-&6 at the the coming Eid'S Season or say at the end of this year. Many ppl have now missed this invesment bus, try if from somewhere u might have any oppurtunity.

The most suitable is 2 files 10 Marla in phase 9. As already 10 marla plot is around 45 to 52 depending on location. There is most likely chances to get maximum.option No. 2

Dear Sir, as of yet it's a soft launch by Bahria Town Lahore, just like they did for Sector D and Sector E recently. In those two sectors most plots were sold before the official launch. At official they advertise on local + international print and electronic media. Usually they raise the prices before official launch. Their customer service staff in the central office may be evasive to give you details before the official launch.

If you have any doubt, you can come to us with the down payment amount and we will do the booking for you along with verification inside Bahria Town office.
