In next 30 days there will be a big ballot for new plot allotment to Shuhda and injured military lower ranks staff. DHA Lahore is also going to offer minimum 1500 one kanal plots to civilians in DHA Town phase 9 at 55 lacs per kanal to generate huge amount of funds for faster development and hand over of these plots.

1) What is the procedure to verify a file from DHA-office before purchasing it? What is fee and time for that?

2) What is the procedure to transfer a plot/file to a Minor [under 18 years of age]?

I heard this news from a dealer who is himself living in Pengali village, He told that some major Patch of Land was taken over by DHa and and soon DHA Q Block Map will revise. However he did not Comment on opening of DHA 7 Main Boulevard to Barki Road, If That hppens so then it will have MAjor impact on These Blocks and DHA 7 also.
