It is good that market is behaving now in right direction and clients / investors have focussed and prioritized their investments . Ultimate Choice will be Phase 8, Then Phase 6 and then Phase 7.I hope that my friends will not mind this as it seems to be natural trend in few courseof time.According to my limited understanding the price of Phase 8 will get jump upto 8-10 lakhs in their respective categories and locations.

I am agreed and convinced that dha-8 will be the most attractive phase and then it will be DHA-6

But I don’t see DHA-7 at 3rd place and I will prefer DHA-9 on DHA-7. Not only price wise but the location and approach from either side.

I believe even if authorities will develop DHA-9 after 3 years or more but they will announce it very soon to collecting money. I greed few sectors of DHA-7 are not bad but mostly it is on out skirt and for off.

If u want to purchase dha 9.You should think abt long term.Don't think profit of 4-5 lac.Keep it for long time and get good profit.If u r only looking it everyday that it is coming down or going up then there ll b no significant benefit.

it is noticed that DHA-9 is on claim but it is healthy sign that increase in price is on slower phase, I much understand the real-estate market and the past record tells the DHA-9 file should be around 30 lac.

I believe the increase in the price of DHA9 is eminent and it will touch 30 lac in coming days. Therefore it is strongly suggested to complete your purchase as soon as you can.

Remember there are friend those were criticizing and commenting wrongly must be saving their faces now. I believe they were actually willing to buy and thinking perhaps their criticizing might bring the price down and is not going to happen now.

something tells me that there will be a lot of selling at 25-26 and the price will retreat to 22-23 (which is not bad by any means). The talk of DHA9 at 30lak is floated around so that big investors can sell at healthy prices and small investors dont do any profit taking......

p.s. I am a DHA 9 file holder and am quite content with 22-23 price because I am in it for the long term.

As you can read in my original post, I am in it for long term...which means balloting, development into a plot..that kinda stuff so no I am not selling.

Basically, short term dips and rises dont bother me and I dont see Phase 9 files going to 30 laks anytime soon.

Security wise Sukh Chyne is much better. Nobody can enter the premises without a referral. In Bahria town anybody can enter by telling them "I am a visitor"
