DHA Lahore Phase 9 One Kanal File Again Heading to 25+ Lacs
It seems there are still more buyers than sellers who realize that when 10 marla in DHA 9 is selling for 36 to 39 Lacs. The price of 24.50 Lacs for one kanal is obviously ridiculous.
In its recent run DHA 9 went all the way upto 25.45 Lacs before losing some ground and retreating about 2 Lacs. Now it is making a base for another up leg. Any guess will it stop again around 25.50 Lacs or it will test the 30 Lacs mark this time? The recent history and trend shows that every time it retreats for a couple of Lacs it gains around 4 Lacs in the next run up.
What exactly is it:
1. Simple supply and demand by small & large investors doing genuine buying/selling (i.e. relatively more buyers than sellers, gradually pushing the price up)
2. Short term price manipulation by large investors
3. Buying by people in the know based on some good insider news
4. A combination of the above
5. None of the above (please explain what else)
