visit a well recognized marble factory OR ask the factory from where you purchased the marble to send you OR give you name of persons deal with polishing.

No one knows better then these people and such tradesmen stay in contact with marble factories and perform well and you will have a place to hold them countable.

There are many small marble factories in Allah Abad Westrige and near Pir wadhai. Ask your servant to go there and let you talk to the experts for a good deal.

If you are a overseas Pakistani then price after two years can be considered less than the current price due to fluctuation of the currency.

B Sectors all blocks are equally good. 10 marla best located starts from 32 and can go up to a max price of 36 Lacs, 8 marla best located is approx 27 - 28 Lacs

I do not think Universities for women are required... Basic need is to open schools for girls. Wasatge of resources. We must improve our education system and create need for educated persons rather than blindly opening higher education universities. What is use of degrees in Pakistan when respective jobs are not there. No body think for sincerity towards nation. Government should built scenario for development and research to encourage educated people to work in pakistan and to progress for country. Status quo will never help. We need sensible and qulaified persons on political level, otherwis we shall remainin within show off and let down games to achieve selfish goals.

I hope I made sense, if we ever understand. Let us wake up.

In my opinion, Phase 6 is better planned, has better access and better amenities; however, it is much larger than all earlier phases therefore will take 2-3 years more to get completely populated. Keep in mind that construction in Phase 6 started around 3 years back even when development of the Phase had started in 2003. The point is that development does take time even when you hear ridiculous time lines in the market.

Also, since it is probably the largest phase therefore its commercial will probably become most expensive with the passage of time.

Mr Mirza Shuja, ur question is very wide. It can cover from 50-thousands rupees to 5-caror rupees in DHA-Lahore. It all depends up on your budget. Different money ranges can give u different options for 1-k. Next time, please be little specific.

Yesterday i requested to property experts but no body advice me in detail, that why again i am posting this.
I work in social sector, for last five years I was saving money to invest in real estate, but due to the unstable country condition I just become able to save 12 lac totals. I know now property news and discussion are not for lower middle class people like me. But it was my wish to invest in property that why now I need sincere advice about where I should invest to take very short term benefit from 12 lac please remember I don’t want to invest in Bank because I cannot win fight against Allah Subhan tallah. The profit of one lac would be enough for me against investment of 12 lac.
In advance thank you very much for you all who comments, in return I can only pray for you all.

Property is not a short term Investment, if some one know that his investment will be fruitful in 6 months time, he would be billionaire, it can only be prediction but keep in mind that you investment in property should be long term or medium term.

Wasif Bhai. I would suggest to you that instead of investing in real estate where you can risk your money and selling back in short term in risky as well. I would suggest you to buy some gold bars of 12 lacs and keep it in the safe or soemthing. It might not go very up but looking at the last few months, it will go up or atleast stay at the same price.

And on Gold, you dont have to pay transfer fees and all other commiission etc which sometimes can add upto 1.5 lac which you will never be able to recover in short term profit from real estate.

Honestly speaking the money you have is just not sufficient to invest in property for short term because the properties which can be bought now & sold sfter say a year or so are way beyond your savings. Further the Govt. & dealers fees are substantial on any property transfer.
I believe the most suitable place for you to invest (remember this will be a long term investment)is NFC 2. The merit of this society is that they own their land & there is no chance of any fraud. Prices in NFC 2 are very attractive & the reason is very slow pace of develoment.
