I am repeatedly getting wrong Gas bill of my House Located in Model Town ext House, as I am living abroad To settle the issue last time I paid huge bill as there was no one In Pakistan to goto Sui gas Office again and again, Recently they changed my meter and I did not get any bill for 3 months as they were coming to house and were using some reading device, but this automated device was not reading the bill. Again they sent unexpectedly high bill.
Now I want to send one registered letter to Sui gas office with Complaint and bill attached, I tried to figure out from the net but Could not Find name/ designation of Concerned officer.
Can somebody tell to whom this registered letter should address. The Postal address I know already

I have been keen observer of this site for a month now. I have created alot of inclination towards Bahria Town for constructing a house. I need following information:
1) How populated are Blocks A, B and C of Bahria Town.
2) Which one the above blocks is the best for residential purpose as I am planning to construct within 1-2 years. My child will start to go to school in couple of years.
3) Are there any charges imposed by Bahria Town if i do not start construction within a years time. As, I'll be buying an already possessed plot.
4) Is there any public transport available for the society?
5) What's current cost/sq feet for constructing a house. I am planning for a 10 Marla.
6) What are House layout approval charges?
7) Utility connection charges?
8) Transfer charges?
9) What are the look-outs (as per your experience) for buying in Bahria

I know these are lots of questions but i do not want to ask one by one :)

Dear CMY Sahib,

I have noticed that you don't update anymore on other housing societies except DHA which is fine, you also have emotions like other people and when someone attack on that regularly basis, anyone can be disheart.

Just want to request one thing that there are thousands of people want to hear form you and please don't let down those ones who loves you. Only a market direction after 2-3 months would be great like you did a detailed one in January and lately in May (but that was not as good as one you did in Jan)

Just give us market direction where you can discuss other good housing societies.
