This is one year old post but i am uploading here because of some recent posts about Eden Villas. But this post is to warn people about all private housing schemes. That's why i prefer reputable names for housing schemes rather than mushroom style housing societies like Bahria, Eden, Central Pak, Formanites etc.

today again we had meeting with president at 4 oclock in Sl. Still zero progress. I think sl will never develop.
We made a committe including myself to weekly visit the office and try to check record so real situation could be seen
But at present state life is dead investment.
