I want to buy 10 Marla plot in LDA Ave can someone guide me which block is good I heard J and M blocks are good can someone provide me information what is the price range in these blocks and also how about D block price and is it good location.

8 Marla CCA- 1 and CCA-2 and as well 4 Marla is not a good
Investment because there are broadway commercial have lot of plots
phase 6 has lot of MB plots and CCA. Therefore this take about 15 Years to develop this phases.

Its bit confusing Why peolpe are asking 36K for 2-Marla sector shop in Phase 8, and 8-15K own for 4-Marla commercial on installments?

aoa mujahid yasin sb how are you . i am here to find some professional advice from you. i have bought a 5 Marla plot about 5 years back in wapda town block a3 phase 1 extension. i want to sell it but the price is not up to my expectation. i have talk to society official and they told me that they are in meetings with LDA for the approval of development in this block . well please tell me that i have to wait or to sell this plot and is there any chance of rise in prices in near future and if i have to sell it how much i can get the price.

LRE map of Bahria Town Lahore shows a College, a Village & a British University in Sector "C" while the Google Map shows a Medical College (In place of College in LRE map), An Hospital disgonally opposite to the Medical College, No Village & No British University. Kindly advise which one is correct.
Further, if The British Univerty is coming up at its location shown in the LRE map who will be the Sponser of this university. This University will be a campus of/associated with which British University & what type of Under Graduate/Masters degrees will be offered.
