I am writing this to apologize......

To apologize from the previous dictatorial regime and its supporter...

To apologize from Rtd. Gen. Pervez Musharaf....

As I have been criticizing on them a lot during their tenure....

Advocating for the Democracy...

....I was wrong...very wrong...

All efforts, all struggle that the judges, lawyers, media, journalist, civil socielty, and political workers have done to bring democracy in Pakistan became successful on 18th Feb 2008.

But the PPP and PMLN led govenment has disappointed the whole nation.

..no no no...this is not the democracy...this is worst then dictatorship....

I already had no hopes from Zardari, but Nawaz Sharif and Shabaz Sharif have disappointed me a lot. Their role is negative in the whole situation.....they have done nothing positive

...once again...please if someone can find Rtd. Gen Musaharaf, Shaukat Aziz, Tariq Aziz, anf all their Azizs, and their supporter....tell them...that

....I apologize

....please come back

Democracy is not for our country. It will never be!

Suicide Bombing is a gift of General Musharraf

Present Government is also a gift of General Musharraf thru NRO coz he didnt want Nawaz Sharif

Talibans are a gift of General Zia Ul Haq

and I am sure Mr AD, you are either an armyman or son of an armyman; who feels agitated that ARMY is not given a chance to EAT AND PLUNDER ANY MORE. YOUR EMPTY STOMACHS WANT MORE MORE AND MORE.

if Pakistan is uneducated today, its because we spent disproportinately high on DEFENCE. WE have been hostaged by your beloved GENERALS all these years

Imran replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 08:35 PM PST

if you look around all over the world you will find monarch pattern (one man show ) in most of muslim countries.
Democracy is never for muslims i guess.

Asd replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 09:42 PM PST

totaly agreed with Mr. Salman on this. These must be some retired "fauji's" thoughts or some other form of Military 'Tufailya'!!

javed replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 10:52 PM PST

Mr. Salman and Asad are convergent in their views, i think both have some tilt and interest in the prevelant political scenario and are not independent in their views. And might not belong to the masses. What AD tried to convey is clear. No shortage, economy was better, out of IMF bound despite gambling in Stocks. We were against Musharraf principally and his action in Waziristan, Muslim slaughtering Muslim. Despite Gang of Qabza Group and Choor chaudhries people were some how in commofrts. Do not blame AD, AD has no courrage of showing his full name. My opinion is that he does not belong to faudi background, he is masses like us.

You know that is our problem , we start relating persons with others while listening to their point of view, like if I say govtm had done some good works(oh that's the voice of ppp supporter).I fink whtever the scenario our country is in, we ourself are responsible cause whenever we get a chance to humiliate someone we never hesitate in doing so. Nations take time to grow strong needs centuries(dnt think of china )give time to things we are in whether u like it or not dnt try to break it.INSHA ALLAH,we will become a stronger nation if not strongest

There in no shortcut. What we need is democracy alongwith strong JUSTICE SYSTEM. KIndly support our Justice system. Inshallah we will survive, but definitely it will take time.
Once few politicians are in Jail, you will find marked improvements in political scenario. Further we should have NATIONAL PARTIES instead of provincial/localised. Its important for the bonding of all provinces& to reduce corruption.
I think Musharraf would be better , if he is the head of a party having roots in all provinces, elected & accepts Supreme Court supremacy.

Commentator replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 02:46 PM PST

The freedom of media has increased the political accumen of masses many times. Now people know their leaders far better than they could a decade ago. There is no Nawai waqt or Jang telling us who thinks what. We can see the leaders much more closely. Which is why I think, Pakistanis will start making right choices from now on.
Yes AD has raised valid food for thought. Perhaps a debate should take place whether Pakistan has the luxury of spending time on letting the democracy take roots.
In the meantime, please dont hesitate to condemn gross irregularities: like under the garb of free judiciary, freedom of media, cronies bought out by politicians start prvailing. People are not so dumb not to understand who is on whose payroll.

Khan-1 replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 03:10 PM PST

I agree with AD to great extant taht Musharaf was very bad and these people are worst worst than him.But the things may change, If the people of Pakistan show their wisdom and throw away these bad & corrupt leaders. Election of NA 123 indicates that the direction of wind is changing. PTI has got significant votes in these election, Althougt PML(N) attitude is very disappointing but much better than PPPP.If PML(N) will not wakeup now, they will suffer a lot. I am sure their grapf is coming down. Many of the people of Pakistan are corrupt bot they want honesty. If the system will change, there will be merrit and justice people will chane and elect good people. Insha-Allah.

MJM Dammam replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 04:31 PM PST

Imran - you have every right to disagree with any of comments given on this forum but please mind your language. When logic fails this type of language is shown by desperate people. Politicans always gave a chance to Army to step in!!!

Fawad replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 06:25 PM PST

First of all, before critisizing, clear your mind that Musharraf is not representing the whole army of the Pakistan. Although he blonged to Pakistan army but it is an institute and not a political party. So save your time rather than discussing a never ending comparison between army and democracy.
Secondly, regardless of the discussion that whether Musharraf period or current political system was/is good/bad, a patriotic pakistani will never go against his army.

tahir replied on Sunday, July 11, 2010 03:28 AM PST

Salam, I have one question with all due respect to our army as an institute, but why armymen use this word "BLOODY Civilians"?

eh replied on Sunday, July 11, 2010 04:48 AM PST

tahir, this is because they know their family members well since most of their family members belongs to civilians. Please don't talk about idiots who don't know what they are talking about.

Isloo replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 05:34 PM PST

I think it should be valued between 37-47 lacs depending on
location...Please correct me if I am wrong....500 yards rate is somewhere around 18-22 lakh here...

e16- ii replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 03:53 AM PST

60 lac is not a bad demand by the way its size is 75x120 and is equal to 4 (30x75 size plots) and they are on fully carpeted roads with nicely built footpaths on both sides of the road. very near to main gt road. all of them are level plots and underground water is also available under 2 kanal plots.

Guest replied on Saturday, July 10, 2010 03:56 AM PST

My offer is 48 lacks only.

adil replied on Sunday, July 11, 2010 03:58 AM PST

street# 1 is much better than principle road.

Guest replied on Sunday, July 11, 2010 04:58 AM PST

Principle road is opposite to the 300 feet green belt and road is 80 feet wide and i think plots on the principle road are the best plots in the whole sector that is why i prefer to buy even in 50 lacs of rupees.

adil replied on Sunday, July 11, 2010 05:41 PM PST

no doubt but high voltage power lines are over principle road. please do check the
location before buying. try to get first 7 plots all other are under power lines.

Guest replied on Monday, July 12, 2010 06:59 AM PST

I have seen the whole sector, principle road is the best road where plot no. 6-16 are on the best
location and high power lines are far from these plots. I am willing to pay 50 lacs of rupees for any plot of number 6-16. Adil sb. please do help me if any one have a plot on principal road and wanted to sell.

adil replied on Monday, July 12, 2010 10:09 PM PST

it wont be any easy thing to find any 2 kanal plot at the moment i do not know anyone is selling. there is a guy amjad butt i know on this website who got one plot but he's asking 60 lac. if you are looking for living point of view do consider street 1 also. i find it best but i myself got one kanal plot in street 4.

ALERT INFORMATION,
i have heard from secreat sources that authorties is going to search the people who have two or more than two houses or plots in Islambad CDA sectors. The CDA said according to our law it is violation. The concern authorty is going to decide to freeze or cancel the other plot or house who has more than one. If this will happen so you will see the prices will drop soon in the all CDA sectors.

:cl

atiq raja. replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 03:35 AM PST

you are misunderstood, very simple it means a person have already one CDA allotted plot/house. can not apply for another cda plot/house,but he can purchase plot, house and building from open market or from CDA auction.

I just on computer, regarding discussion of d/12, don't make high thoughts, I have also have plot, but keep in mind
1.well planed sector/development is poor.
2.tail of cda sectors.
3.no proper cda sector road.
4.island, al around villages
5. patches of small villages in sector

Amjad replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 05:58 AM PST

100% agreed with Atiq Raja views about D-12

Please also read discussion at post no 873,872,844,845 etc about
D-12 to understand the value of D-12 sector

thanks

Arif replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 01:35 PM PST

Oh God, not again. D-12 and E-11 have been compared one thousand times on this website before. Give it a rest Atiq or make your own post.

Pindiwall Raja was trying to discuss something else. Although I think his fears are baseless with no legal or constitutional backing.

CDA keeps announcing that it will not allow businesses or offices to be run in residential property. They had some kind of high profile drive in this regard a few months back. What happened? How many residential allotments did they cancel? Check out the main double roads of sectors and you will find dozens of businesses in residential houses.

They say USA is a free country. I disagree. I think Pakistan is a free country. You are free to do anything.

samefame replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 07:35 PM PST

yes 200% agree with atiq rajha.
the best sector is f8,f9, f10

atiq raja. replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 08:11 PM PST

yes, don't through money in the name of cda,now time is changed up to 10 sectors the land was already acquired by president ayub khan tenure, the cda last regular sector is f/11 but there is a big village in the centre and on side there is unbelievable kachi abadiees and lot of apartments,e/11 was the cda sector but due to villages cda decided to develop through private sector,so better don't invest in new sectors of Islamabad like e/12,1/14 etc.First to make under stand what is regular sector, it means a sector connected almost from all sides from other regular sectors,if it is not, means it is not a proper and regular liveable sector

Disappointed replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 11:41 PM PST

According to you F-11 is a bad sector and to show your honesty you are willing to admit that E-11 is full of villages so E-11 is also a bad sector. I-8 of-course is a bad sector as well according to your criteria.

As per your criteria the President House also turns out to be a bad place because it is only few hundred yards away from the village of Nurpur Shahan (Bari Imam).

SOLUTION: As per your previous writings in order to find a good place you should go all the way to Rawat. That will make every thing good.

This is not real estate analysis this is BULLSHIT and the worst part is that it is being done under a post on a different topic. You guys did not even care to start your own post for this which shows how smart and disciplined you are.

Reading the five points of Atiq one may think they are describing E-11. Point number 1 says "well planned sector". That is the only indication that it probably cannot be E-11.

A proper professional analysis will give both good and bad features of each investment options in detail and in a level headed manner. Ultimately the market is a million times more powerful than any individual's opinion. Market
prices generally reflect the quality and future prospects of each area better than individual opinions and will continue to do so in the future. If you want to read honest and informative and useful analysis of Islamabad read the posts of Mian Nadeem.

Bahria Town Lahore - Tulip Extension

I have visited Bahria Town Lahore - Tulip Extension and amazed to see the developement of that small block. Four houses are under construction while golf course looks fully functional and the huge mosque structure is complete.

I request the experts to kindly suggest should I purchase a plot for my dream house. I am also interested in bank loan for the purchase of plot & construction. Is that area acceptable to bank for loan ?

Thanks

Mohiman replied on Friday, July 9, 2010 12:24 AM PST

bro you just stated all the plus points ones looks at when buying for construction, now that construction has started at the very end of BT this will encourage people to fill up in between like Sector C blocks.
