Dear FMK.In Hayatabad Township there are seven phases ie Phase I to VII and in each phases there are 5 to 6 Sectors. The prices vary from phase to phase and sector to sector. Secondly nowadays plots are generally sold/purchased in Phase VI & VII whereas the other phases are already built/populated. The price range of 10 Marla plot is between 30 - 35 lacs in Phase VI & VII. Regards

Noc of National police foundation in E-11 sector is cancelled 3 months ago and now lay out plan of services society is cancelled, it means nothing, people are constructing the houses in both societies and from next year CDA will take over the whole sector.

E-11 will remain a mystery in year to come. One on an other problem and issue will raise therefore avoid this sector since you have choice of a much better allocated sector D-12 in neighborhood. Construct your house in D-12 which is a genuine CDA sector have excellent lay out, much wider roads close to Margala Hills and scenic views.

These were announce dthree years ago. were booked at a price of 85 lac. I have visited the place. It was difficult to live in this area. as no population around. especially, not that safe to travel at night.

However, will become a good place for living after 1-2 years.

If you already own a one kanal plot in Parkview then you can build on that plot. But if you have to buy a plot and then build 10 million is not enough. Besides building a house is very time consuming job and unexperinced can make mistakes. If you just need house for peaceful living you should buy a house in Divine Gardens for 87 Lacs on 3 years installment as these are not ready to move in. So you will have to wait for 2 to 3 years for moving in. If you need ready to move in home then buy a 10 marla DHA home in Parkview although not as good standard as Divine Gardens. Also, Parkview is not a gated community with all facilities inside but Divine Gardens is a secure gated community with all necessary facilities inside of the society.

Another very good option is to buy a good ready to move in newly built home in the starting blocks of Air Avenue for example M block. It will cost you lump sum 1 crore or a bit more for good home in M block Air Ave but that is well worth it if you need ready to move in house at a good location.

A very impressive and extra-ordinary Inauguration Ceremony was held in Divine Gardens Lahore on January 15th. 7 to 9 thousand people showed up for this function. It was a huge success. People were amazed to see that the infrastructure was already complete and model houses were ready before the official launch of project. Management laid foundation stone for main Masjid. They also announced that all house owners will be invited to lay first brick of their own house by themselves or from elders of their family.
