Construction services in Bahria Town Lahore

We provide quality construction services at Bahria Town Lahore on turn key basis which starts at 1,000 per sft for a ground level plot.Already have three projects in sector B underway. Detail specification of construction is given below.
Foundations:
Excavation 2’ deep from natural ground level
Antitermite spray in excavated trenches
Brick ballast 6” thick in footings
Using (1: 6) cement mortar in brickwork with first class bricks in foundations
Using (1:2:4) cement sand crush (Margalla) ratio in DPC 1.5” thick 2’ above road level
Earth filling with kasoo
First class bricks will be used in foundation.

Super Structure:
Using (1:6) mortar in brickwork of 9” thick walls, and (1:4) in 4.5” thick walls
Ceiling height 10’ from floor level
Using (1:2:4) cement sand crush ratio in lintels and beams
Door frames of steel 16 SWG
RB slab 6” thick with (1:2:4) cement sand and crush ratio on first floor and second floor
PVC conduits of “Popular” brand
First class bricks will be used in super structure.

Plaster:
Wall plaster using (1:4) cement sand ratio inside the premises
Ceiling plaster using (1:3) cement sand

Windows:
Windows of aluminum section 1.2 mm with safety grill
Light green glass (Indonesia) of 5mm will be used in windows
Sizes of windows will be as per drawing

Floors:
Marble (China Varoona) 12”X12” with chemical polish in entrance lobby & TV lounge. 12”X12” mat tiles in kitchen. Marble sunny grey 12”X12” with chemical polish in bed rooms.
Thickness of both marbles will be ½”

Stairs:
Steel spiral stair or concrete stairs with Silky Black marble and wooden safety railing on it.

Bath Rooms:
Plain glazed tiles of Master upto 6’ height plus border tile on all four sides.
Western WC in one bath room and Eastern in other bath room up to Rs .
Wash basin in each bath room up to Rs .
Bath set of Prima up to Rs
Bath accessory set of 6 pieces in each bath room up to Rs .
Looking mirror glass in both bath rooms.

Roof Treatment:
Two coats of bitumen emulsion, layers of polethene sheet, 4” thick soil filling and 1.5” thick grouted brick tiles on top roof with (1:3) cement sand ratio.

Parapet Wall :
Parapet Wall of 4.5”duly plasted from outside of 3’ height.
Steel grill on the front parapet wall.

Doors:
All doors of malysian designed ply up to Rs 120 per sft except main door.
Main door up to Rs 500 per sft will be of wood (deodar)
Door lock up to Rs 500.00
Main door lock upto Rs 1500.00
Sizes of all doors will be as per drawing ( Annex.C)

Kitchen:
Marble (China Varoona) on kitchen counter
Steel sink single bowl upto Rs 2,200 and water mixture upto Rs 1,500.

Ward Robe And Kitchen Cabinets:
Win board ward robe uptill 7’ height with lamination sheet cover in each bed room
Complete kitchen cabinets “base unit and wall unit” with win board and lamination sheet
Wooden hood over the gas oven.

Front Elevation:
“Mud Based” Graphiato on front

Electrification:
Cable “GM” brand
Switch sockets & switch board sheet etc. “PPI / Shavel”
Conduits “ Popular” brand
Earth system with 3 phase wiring
Speical AC power plugs in bed rooms, drawing & TV longe.

It is not possible to build a house in 33 lacs, even you have skills and 8/10 marla plot. at the end if you add every thing, count becomes more than 40 Lacs. I recently built a house in Islamabad and for a decent 10 marla house you need at least 45-50 Lacs

Yes, you could probably build more than two homes also, but I am asking 5 Lakhs less than what I paid for it to bahria, and Bahria is still booking it for 70 lakhs for all buyers, plus another 10% for a corner one, 10% for park facing and another 10% for blvd.
It is definately cheaper to build yourself, provided you have the skill set, time and patience. Take care.

Imran Khan should contest in the By-elections of two National Assembly seats, NA-123 and NA-55 against the stooges and looters and people involved in the existing Sugar Scandal.

Enough time has been given to Mian Nawaz Sharif but he did not learn from past. The recent NAB Report on Sugar Scandal clearly shows that he is also involved. And his silence on the other critical national matters is a criminal act.

Therefore Imran Khan should come and get his voice heard in the National Assembly. We need people like Imran to get the existing trash out of our politics.

As a far distant relative of Imran and knowing him at a deep personal/family level I can tell you that I feel proud as a Pakistani that he is one of us. Our mother land gave birth to a servant of humanity. I thank Allah SWT for such a gift.

Having said that politically and personally, in his younger days, he made several mistakes. He acknowledges them as well. Make no mistake today Imran Khan follows a righteous path. He gave up all the wealth and glory of west to live and serve Pakistan. He bows to Allah and no one else. If Allah SWT is most forgiving and kind, I am compelled to follow His qualities as well.

Is Imran perfect? Of course not; no one is, except Syndna Muhammd (SALAM). In my humble opinion Imran Khan brings hope for Pakistan. Unfortunately most Pakistanis still recent him for marrying a younger Jewish woman, even though he converted her to Islam. They still remember him as an arrogant and self centered person, who cannot mix with the masses of ordinary Pakistanis. He is blamed, in some cases rightfully so, for committing adultery and not compromising on his core beliefs and principals.

If given Imran a possibility to lead this nation, I believe history will prove that he may be the next best leader to our Qaid Jinnah.

Unfortunately I don't believe any of us will see that day. We as a nation are not forgiving and lack vision. We bow to criminals like Altaf Hussain, Zardari, Bugti and the list goes on.

All I can do is pray for Imran's safety. He is surrounded by killers, looters, and out right zalim politicians. He is alive today with the grace of Allah SWT. I ask our Creator to keep him safe, even at a cost of never leading our nation, even though Pakistan desperately need some loyal and an intellect to lead us.

I live overseas but AL of family decided to stay back home. Their main reason was tha if Imran Khan can live and serve our nation, why can they not stay put. I hope to join their ranks as well.

On 25th September evening at Motor Way Sail Mor rest area I bought a bottle of 500ml Pepsi form kiosk, Shop Man on the kiosk charged me 40 Rupees for this 500ml Pepsi . No price list was on display. When I inquired the shop man about the price list and overcharging , Shop man replied that it is with the permission of Daewoo admin.Then I went to Daewoo office and met with Mr. Kazim Raza Deputy Manager and told him about the issue .Kazim told me these shopkeepers are habitual price offenders and he can’t do much about this. Like to know if any one done following type of research in Pakistan?


The study examined dropout rates in Pakistan high schools, using both quantitative and qualitative procedures. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients were computed to identify those school-level variables that showed strong relationships to dropout rates.
A sample of 20 schools with the highest dropout rates was compared to a sample of 20 schools with the lowest dropout rates using a multivariate analysis of variance. Furthermore, 4 schools from each group were selected as case examples. Information gathered from administrator surveys, staff interviews, and on-site observations provided detailed descriptions of the characteristics of schools with high and low dropout rates. The findings of this study demonstrated that a number of school variables are differentially related to dropout rate. Implications of these findings for school reform are discussed.

Perhaps many of us has experienced on roads that a person carrying his kid in his lap and his wife hold hand of other kid(s) and ask for money...they do this to get sympathies of us (and in most cases they are the professional beggers)...

I was disgusted to see the same thing happening in the United Nations General Assembly session....what the F*** message this stooge is trying give to the world putting his deceased wife's picture in front of him while addressing the world????

I really feel shame after reading and listening to news about the aid Pakistan will be getting from so called friends. This money will end up in the hands of a few families. The general public will get nothing out of it. Most of the money will go back to the donors in some form so they are not going to lose anything.

I wish Pak govt get some trade agreements done which will help the industry in Pakistan and net benefit will go to the poors working hard in those industrial units.

Keep in mind a Faqir never get rich because he get a little by little cash on daily bases.. That is exactly what is happening with Pakistan unfortunately!!

i heard a news about opf valley that application of plot are less than avaliable plot so MQM and PPP want to add his workers name in balloting from saudia and UK it does't make me sense but everything possible in pakistan . less application is also not possible b/c my brother inform me there were hundread of people to submit a application on last day in opf karachi office
