Eden Luxury Villas & Central Park Extension Scheme

I've seen billboards (around Lahore) for the following 2 schemes recently, and both Eden & Urban Developers are marketing their schemes with a nominal amount based on monthly instalment plans.

I was wondering if someone can share their experience/views on the reliability and market standing of Eden & Urban Developers.

Also, in your respective views, is it a good opportunity to invest in either of the 2 projects?

I Have been in Lahore last weerk and visited that area spacially Rawind road.DHA Phasi 1 to 8.
There are Eden villas and ( Eden parks ) Eden parks are plots only 2 kanals 4 kanals 6 kanals rate is about 20 laks per kanal. Eden house are villas attractive because of instllments and they are caching clever fishes like you and me. Because we think easy to payu buy installment but we use to forget that they are sucking the Blood (your saving). I propose the peple please try to visit the area and do invest in land by chosing good dealers like M.Y. invest in plots not in houses build by this builders all are doing bussiness like butcher "what profit one can get by buying a goat from butcher".
Mr Khuram do investment in small plots in good soucities like DHA,-Phase-6 7,8,9,10- NFC UET,VALECIA,AZMIR,JUBLY LDA-AV-1.PECSIR.This the time to buy.Again i am writting here that this the time to buy property trough good property dealers.

25x50=8.5 lacs to 9 lacs.
30x60=11 lacs to 12.50 lacs.
rates varies for sector 1(min) & 4(max).

For raja pervez i appologise because non availability of 500 syds in I-15....!

Market Pulse at 5 PM April 27 2009

File prices have started to slide down again. DHA 9-10 allocation available 15.55 lacs now and no buyers in sight. And DHA 8 proper is not able to find a buyer at even 36 lacs.

Many more sellers than buyers and price is expected to fall from here in coming days.

Mr Khan , I checked up from BT care center by calling on their UAN no and they cfmd my name in 1st May balloting since i hve paid all their 10 installments. More over my Awami villa Premier is in Islamabad.

Yes, you can drive on international driving license as well as saudi driving license.

According to law you should be using international driving license but no one really bothers on that unless and until you end with some fatel accident.

One of my friend who was driving on international license on motorway was given a challan ticket.He tried his level best to convince the motorway poloce but they did'nt consider.Though Pak driving license can be obtained for around 3000 Rs but i would never recommend anyone to get it this way.

Some are saying you can drive with saudi license and some are saying that you can drive with international license.But in my opinion you dont need any license at all.just drive the car carefully and this is enough for you.

I do visit Pakistan of and on and drive here with my overseas license without any problem. Once I was stopped and asked for the license.I showed my overseas license and that was the end of it. I asked him what would happen in my case if I was to be challaned.I was told that in that case we would hold my I/D card and release it after payment of fine. Does that help.

Rate was expected to be rise due to cancellation of less paid villas. Bahria Town management issued cheque against short paid Awami Villas. This was the reason for increase in rates because the supply of Villas was suddenly reduced.

Very few Villas are full paid and mostly are less then 5 paid in total Awami Villas booking. However as per my prediction Rate will not stay long at this figure of 1.15 to 1.25 lacs profit. Soon Bahria Town will allow merging / restoration for more then 5 paid Villas after that there will be access supply in the market as compare to today.

2 Months before it was about 20 to 25 thousand profit only.

Today, I received missed calls from Pakistan. Upon calling back thinking one of my relative I surprise to hear a strange voice saying that he is from my phone provider from saudi arabia and I have won a plot...(I disconnect the line)

Then when I call on other number other voice said I have won Saudi Riyals One hundred thousand.

What's going on.........Please help....

It is a total fraud.By giving such news they want to trap you. Initially they will ask you to register yourself with them paying some money then they will ask you to pay them a down payment and so on and will suddenly disappear. Please be aware from such fraudullent activities

Black sheep in phone providing coy are involved in such like fraud. My friend was told on his cell no that you have got Rs 10 lacs prize in a lucky draw in our mobile coy . After some time he got another call from same person saying that in order to register/qualify for the prise money of 10 lacs ,you have to deposit Rs 10000 through easy load against my this cell no.Excitedly my friend immediately deposited 10 thousands and when he rang up the black sheep to inform him of paying the required amount through easy load,to his utter surprise the black sheep no was powered off. Though he gave that no to the mob coy with a complaint but no result as yet for the last six months

Hello Friends,
I live in an European country having very minor population of Pakistanis. About two years ago, I received phone calls from a company claiming to be a calling company and offered me to use their services for calling back to Pakistan.
I asked them how did you got my info. first they were reluctant but on my insisting they said embassy of my host company in india gave this information to them!
I did not believed it but those people continue caling me for few days and I continue to refuse harshly and finally they stopped calling.
In the process they even threatened my wife while I was in office.
All I guess is that indian secret agaency RAW is planning some thing big on Pakistan and it involves collecting data of various Pakistanis and know about their calling numbers and conversation.
I can only, advise Mr. progress and others just don't give out your personal details, be careful with your personal documents in office and at lisure, be careful while talking on phone or travelling by air and also while choosing your internet service provider.

I am living in UK. I am working in Cancer/Palliative care. My dream is a free hospice for people of Lahore. I have funds to make this dream a reality. I need a 4-6 kanal plot with easy access. Dr. Shah, Good to read that you plan to provide free hospice for people of Lahore. Since it is a free service, I would assume your plan is to provide this service to poor people who can't afford. I would recommend that you open-up this facality in poor neighour hood of Lahore, Bahria town and surrounding area is definately not the poor areas of Lahore.
I am not too famalier with Lahore, but I would request people in Lahore to identify poor areas of Lahore on this website along with recommended location.

My friend have (six kanals ten marlas) plot in "Eden park" on Rwind Road near Lahore park.He can sale this plot in 20 laks per kanal and i will try to ask him to reduce the price for your noble cause.
I have visited this place it is beautifull and pleasent location.It is good for form house or hospital as per area.

In UK Hospices most hospices tend to be in "greener" area away from noise and pollution. If you want to achieve the same in Lahore, realistically speaking you will have to build this kind facility in Bahria Town kind of area. Lahore Cantt might be another choice but getting 4 – 6 kanal plot is very expensive.

I think you should talk to management of Bahria Town, Izmir and EME. For a good cause I am sure a decent society will not mind providing your Hospice with 4 – 6 kanal plot for free.
