DHA 9 TOWN Construction Activity

Dear Friends,

just heard a Good news from a friend that One house of 8 Marla construction has started in DHA 9 Town block A. Hope fully many more will start in coming days as about 300 maps are been approved by DHA for house construction in all blocks.

Thats great news. Just as we all would have anticipated. The first few houses are the main deal, once you see 10 houses under construction, the activity gets very fast after that. I would visit DHA Town next month to check whats the latest status on construction at that moment. I do expect a large number of houses to be constructed in C-Block as informal sources suggest there is a lot of builder interest in the area. In sha Allah we should reach 50-100 houses under construction in about 6 months or less. That would be a game changer for DHA Town and should help Prism 9 sustain its prices.

Recently few friend indicated recommendation for Laser eye surgery, the name of ALAM CLINIC AT SHADMAN LAHORE

I did google but no contact info of Dr. or clinic. can someone please advise his contact info and also if you know someone who had successful and weather and if you recommend him or not.

Also Another option is Dr. Qamar Ul Islam Lodhi in Surgimed, any friends who may have positive or negative recommodnations please share your experience for Lasik surgery in Lahore.

There is eye hospital behind hameed latif hospital near qaddafi stadium.I think its name is latif hospital.And I have heard that is best in lahore.

The eye hospital near Hameed Latif is "Medicare Eye Clinic". Its just behind Taj Mahl wedding hall on Main Ferozpur Road.

Dr Qasim is the one who shall be contacted for Lasik surgery. Also check with him for Zypotex eye scanning method if they have available or not as this is important to make eye correction same for day & night.

I think sector G-13 is the only CDA sector which is developing very quickly and all the basic necessaries are available over there. A proper CDA sector with the potential of good returns in very economical cost.

dha not overtake because of totally fraud for example dha overtake for phase 9 after 10 years u find 1 kanal 28 to 32 because of large area at this time phase 9 price is 15 laakh kanal 15 laakh development charges after 10 years 30 laakh kanal is available in dha phase 9 ......now phase 7 full developed possesion is available soon.....27 to 45 easily plots available.......dha increase place decrease in prices.....dha is a expensive place....not for middle class people phase 9 10 cannot cross crors like phase minimum 25 to 30 years

sorry i m nouman khan AAMIR bhaie. presently doing job with formanites as a marketing exective and account section. plots are cancelled due to non payments. only account dept is authorised to cancelled the plots as per order directore finance. and nobody giving puthuy ideas dealers r demanding 50% discount to managment. and plz checked developmnent status work is continue. in this year managment will b solved many client"s problems . INSHALLA .
450-kannal map is on process in tma. if u have any sources then checked this thing. DEVELOPMENT WORK IN N-block is started. 2-parks. commercail area and mousqe will b completion in 2011.

Please advise me about SA Gardens and its development charges

Please advise me about SA Gardens Phase II, is it good place to invest and how much we need to pay as development charges other then offered cost Rs. 108,000 (per merla)

No other chargers.No development charges.I prefer you to buy in plot in Sa garden phase 1.
Almost all work have been done in phase 1.Possession is also available in phase1.
On the other hand if u think u can wait for 3 years then go for phase2.
Its up to u.But i will recommend u phase 1 if u want to construct house right now or within 2years.

I am not confirmed about that.However 95% plots have been sold out.Phase 1 plots are sold like HOT CAKES.I was also late like u and after that i took 3 months time to give them full payment.They agree and i got plot there.
I think its hard to find plot on installment in phase 1.You must call to their office no and get information.

I think due to that (phase 2 30 %booking),which is low one,They have to reduce the rate from 1,20000 to 1,08000.
For long term at least for 5 year ph2 is good for investment.However for present situation and for residence purpose phase 1 is best.

Choice is yours.Recommend u phase 1 :If u want to start construction within 3months to 1years.
Phase 2 : For long term plan at least 5 years.
