H-block phase 9 prism Lahore is located Next to Ashiana Interchange which is also main entrance of Phase 9 prism and will main road for entry and exit gate. It is 1st block adjacent to F block.No doubt of its approach. Upper portion of H block has awesome locations to buy its neat and clean. It has five parks which on different location (very few blocks has such park numbers) there is village inside H block named Youhana-Abad in the center. Not seeing this village to be vanish and part of it in near future. It will stay,In long term may be DHA will succeed to get it. time will tell.

Better to avoid plots near to village if budget not issue but if has limited budget then can consider it due to its location. H block has one kanal category with prevailing rates of 85 to125 lacs as per location of plot. In 100 to 110 you can get good location except corner plots or feature plots.

Civil development work 90 % completed so far, few portion need to clear which will be cleared till possession hopefully.

H block cant ignored due to its location and approach.buy in clear areas of H block for both house and investment purpose
