Plot buying in Prism

I have a few questions if learned readers may answer.

1) Is prism the best available location to invest?
2) If Prism is good to buy, is now the best time to buy?

A this time Prism is best place to invest but keep in mind that it is huge area, to me prices have not touched the bottom, and supply may continue for long time so significant gains are not possible in short time. 5 to 7 years time scale is good estimate.
The way we have seen recovery in DHA Town same recovery will be seen in phase 7 sooner than Prism especially Kanal Plots.
So if want return in 2,3 years time scale DHA 7 is better Especially Upper Cutting.
If you can wait 5,7 years Prism is best. Here too preference should be Upper Cutting Like A,B,C D E F Blocks.
Final advice is Prism is so massive that investors and players cant manipulate it much. If it takes some direction you will have ample time to react invest at early signs of recovery.

Thanks Habib sb. My budget is 9 million pkr. Holding time 5 years. I think Prism will suit me more than Phase 7?

Mostly people dont like being unduly harassed and pay bribe to taxmen; hence its no surprise they are not becoming filer in Pakistan.
The way tax money is spent on useless people makes it a easy decision to make.

Supreme Court has ordered an enquiry into Bahria town Karachi and muree land allotment and has given a stay order on further construction.Bahria town projects will suffer miserably now as supreme cour has also ordered NAB to investigate into the wrong doings of Bahria town.Things don’t look good for Bahria town now

SC barred only to develop new project - There is no stay order on development/ construction of existing project. For existing projects, SC directed BTK to re-purchase the land on revised rates for which new mechanism will be developed and NAB reference against those who were involved in selling land to BTK at cheap rates

Dealer may say he will pay/has paid the advance tax and instead pockets it and gives you fake document.

You can check directly from FBR website by putting in the details

I am planning to buy 10 Marla plot in low budget societies. I have sorted out following three options:
1. Khayaban-e-Amin
2. Bankers Avenue Co-operative Housing Scheme (on Bedian Road adjacent to DHA-7)
3. IEP Engineers Town
I am confused which option to choose. Any one here who has current / previous experience of living there or buying plots in these housing societies please share their valuable experience and honest opinions about these societies.
Further, please give me a fair idea of 10 Marla possession plot prices in these societies?

Avoid any society without NOC, Orchard has many unapproved, so better check before buying otherwise govt can build a road on your house in future.

If you want to buy for constructing a house on that plot, i would suggest Bahria Orchard Phase 1. You can buy an 8 marla plot here within your budget. And the infrastructure of Bahria is better than any other society.
