I have a plot in dha phase 9
The plot is corner, facing park and on 120 feet road (i heard that dha will charge additional 10% for corner, 10% for facing park and 10% for 120 feet road)

My question to you is when these charges are due?

Will i have to pay all additional charges with final installment of or i can pay llater on

Dear Sir,
Dha will charge 10 % only for corner. At boulevards or facing park DHA dont charge any addtional cost.
You have to 10 % of development charges for corner in last installmemt.

Dear LRE Team, please confirm the following two points regarding DHA Multan 8 marla commercial own mentioned here:

(i) when you say seller available at 23 lacs, does this amount include LRE margin for deal making or not? if not included, what commission are you charging on that deal in PKR?

(ii) As the first installment on these plots is to be paid by latest 30th September 2017, so the seller will pay that installment before transfer to the buyer or will ask the buyer to pay on the seller's behalf? this is important because the installment amount is significant (PKR 26,25,000) and buyers may not be willing to take the risk of paying such a large amount on seller's behalf?

Malls shall have negative impact on regular commercial plazas rental income for 4m and 8m. This shall result ultimately the negative impact on the prices of these commercial properties. But 2m sector shops will gain as the purpose of such shops is entirely different from that of 4m, 8m.

I will also disagree with mubeen Asghar . The malls will definitely give a negative setback to commercial plots 8-m and 4-m. I have witnessed it alot of times. Recent example is of emporium mall initially all brands were near shoukat khanum to wapda town round about and the demands of the plots were very high so was the rental income. I lived there for about 5 years and usually go there for shopping and it was always very crowded. But with opening of emporium mall I have passed that place number of times and believe me 70% customers are less than before most of them are sitting idle with no much customers just people find it easy to shop all brands at one place instead of going door to door or for drive of 2 min from one brand to another. And you can eat as well the food courts is another reason.
