I applied 7 applications in each of the 7 categories .. 4 and 8 marla commerical, 2 kanal, 1 kanal, 10 marla, 8 marla and 5 marla. In an amazing streak of luck, 6 of my applications have been successful in ballot .. I feel on the moon !!
Cannot wait for 5 Marla ballot to see if my luck is in for 7 in 7.

I am sharing my view about this balloting without showingmy identity, i applied 5 applications for 5 marla plots with 25k extra money for each plot for the surity of successful ballot. How ever 4 of my applications are succesfull while 1 didnt. I have promised that 25k for the 5th application to be returned.

You can have the idea how transparent the balloting was.

I have lot of question on DHA muktan balloting Really it surpize.. What was the problems in uploading scan copy of final winner on website. If there are mistakes they can resolve. But like this any one can question on their highly fast balloting system of three superb IT companies and verfication procedure. I will say good luck to applicants and congrats to winners.

it is not understabl that dha multan extension 1 kanal price is 38 lac on cash and 10 marla price on installement plus 8 lac minimum own included is 38 lac as well. so i believe that it is not sensible to pay 8 lac own on 10 marla dha multan.

We can not say at all that DHA Multan ballot is transparent. Until it is verifiable, it is all just believe on words without any proof. If DHA is transparent, they can show the list and release it at the moment ballot was done. Creating a PDF file with few thousands records directly from ballot software is no. brainier these days.
One will only hide if there is something to hide, otherwise, show to public that it is transparent.
But might is right in Pakistan, no. one can do anything as nothing is working in our country. Courts, law, govt. Even if DHA say that we will choose winners in day light, they can, nothing to stop them. So, just keep quite and accept whatever is there.

16 Lakh for 10 marla in LDA Avenue ?

seems it must have some thing wrong. definitely litigation issue thats why so much cheap.

An Average 10 marla clear plot is 50Lakh +.

so not a safe investment IMO. Rest its your hard earned money, better to verify the documents from LDA Office as mentioned by Habib bhai
