Today (24/May/2017), I called Bahria Town Lahore Head Office and inquired about the Balloting for Orchard4. Got the following reply:

Sir balloting has been conducted (for Residential & Commercial Plots) yesterday (23/May/2017) and all those were included who had deposited the first installment by 15/May/2017). However we will be able t share the results after 25/May/2017.

Now I dont know why they are to ready to disclose the results if the ballot is really transparent.
