Can anybody inform about the detail of plots which have been opened for possession in U block of phase 8 DHA Lahore. is all the U block opened for possession? kindly do inform if any number of plots in U blocks are not opened for possession.

DHA RAHBAR is an old name now recently DHA officially announced its final name that is DHA PHASE 11 (RAHBAR SECTOR) well,

DHA PHASE 11 (RAHBAR SECTOR) PHASE 2 INCLUDES F,G,H,J,K,L Blocks while

DHA PHASE 11 (RAHBAR SECTOR) PHASE 2 EXTENSION INCLUDES M,N,P Blocks which is balloted a year nd half ago i guess, and now posession of plots is expected in couple of months.

DHA PHASE 11 (HALLOKI GARDENS) is located behind DHA 11 (RAHBAR SEC)
Facing Hudaira drain it incudes 2 blocks A and B.

Y block is divided in two section Y1 and Y2. The difference between is plot size only 1 kanal residential available in y1 block and 5m,8m,10m residential available in y2 block.

Indeed Tahir,in Phase 7 upper cutting you get plots at the same price as prism, especially in Z1/Z2. Phase 7 is reality today whereas prism will become a reality not before next 6 years. Considering Phase 7 is underpriced, its the best venue for investment.
Just for clarification, prism is a very good 5 years (long term) investment and its price will keep on increasing and decreasing during next 2 years mainly keeping at the same level as it is today.

DHA Town has also access from Prisim in future. The wall we in map, in fact there will be no wall in between Prisim, Town and Askari 11. Many wide roads will be connecting vicinity. That is the reason Prisim Q & A blocks are on top.

There is no problem of approach. Solved few months back. Also Town is the entrance to prism. This means even the deeper plots would be ahead of Prism. Please if possible visit the site

I personally visited Town and see multiple entrance such as from phase 6 CC2 (which goes directly to phase 8 as well), from Askari 11, from Prism and from Bedian Road. I would suggest to everyone to do investment here hence prices are quite cheap otherwise as per CMY, It would touch 370Lacs in near future.
