If monthly income is the target then UBER sounds a better option. Wide network of roads and ever increasing population have helped this business. UBER has been successful in Lahore. Because of that many other startups have also started similar businesses.

Above rates r just asking price no buyers are there to but these plot on mentioned price. Even if some one has any plot near these plot and asks LRE team to sell them even 3 or 4 lac less price then they wont able to find any buyer.

CMY stated no panic in market and PRISM holders have holding power and that's why market has to stabilize as holders know to wait and pass this dull phase.
I am content with stability so far.

Agree with you, the seller can demand any amount it doesn't matter, what matter is at what price the plots are selling and is the buyer available in the market.

If you call any agent today and ask him to send you the options, even after 2 weeks if you called the same agent he will offer you the same plot numbers.

No sir, It like Phase 8 Ext as You Know about Lower Cuttings of Phase 7 It will possibly be developed in 3 Years, and will be liveable in Another one year, They Announced development in 15 July 2016, so July 2020 will be Construction phase Like we are seeing in Phase 7 Today.
