Recent update is that Ring Road has started policing loop-3 strip inside bahria, they have already demolished bahria boundary wall in that portion from where LRR-3 would pass. and moreover affectees in Bahria town have already been given the forms by Bahria Management about the compensation options which they can opt to.
The other areas of LRR-SL would be equally beneficial.

People give such arguments against Fazaia for the past one year and prices are almost double. Fazaia even after devided remain a beautiful liveable gated society. There is no commercial inside residence areas so it can be kept gated

Dear Sir, I have Limited Knowledge about New sectors of Bahria Canal side, I base my impression on my visit and price survey, then I remain in Touch with price using LRE internet and Jang Advertisements, I know About sector C Kanal that it can be hunted in 125, which is not bad price as it showed minimal growth in last 2 years and is A Class, I also know that Sector C Commercial it at 50% of 3 ys old price I still not recommend it as Property Business on Bahria Canal side is slow.
I will try to help you if you tell me in which block you should.

In bahria for last 3 years totally different game is happening due to political affiliation Bahria Lahore and Rawalpindi is suffering and cold not get the benefit of Last 2 years rally, hence is comparative underpriced. On the other hand Bahria Lahore and Rawalpindi Gained tremendously in 2011 to 2014.

Recently Bahria Orchard made a good comeback as some of Low Cost sectors developed and LRR South benefit.

Dear Friend , we the effectiee sector F protested on 20th September at canal road and blocked the road for three hours from 10 am to 1 pm with complete traffic jam on canal Road followed by a fierce meeting with Maj Mubashir at 3pm to 4pm .Later we conducted another meeting with Maj Mubashir on 22nd Sept at 2pm to 3pm in which he told that Malik Riaz has approved our request of immediate possession of Tipu and Ghazanavi and process will take only 2-3 days

Yes,the news is true,the source is C42. news channel.It was told that LDA is facing a huge loss in every month which can be in billions in coming days.LDA earned billions by approving new maps and charging transfers fee which is zero now a days.LDA authorities are upset and they reported it to Punjab Govt and the govt is also taking it serious.DC rate could be implemented once again by making a few changes in it.If the govt does not do so,then it will have to face the music.It's a great positive news for property lovers after a long time.

I am from karachi and here the dealers are under this impression that changes is going to revert back in next 15 to 20 days. Buying activities are also picking up here after Baqra Eid in anticipation of this news as buyers won't see these prices once changes revert.
Note:I also have the holding in prism too.

for me , DHA 10 at current stage is over prices, but there will be many ups and downs in this phase and specially in current market status, a lot better options available than DHA 10 (in same price range)

I remembered that you always said DHA Multan is a long term project while others including me were expecting its launch at 62.5 which now seems almost impossible in current scenerio.

although in current situation after Dar's Tax/FBR involvement blunders, other sectors including Prism also got affected.
