Perhaps current very weak property market is not suitable for DHA Multan launch . Also Commercial may not be launched on iinstallments at first iinstallments booking.

As a buyer if I have to hold my investment for 3 years then I will think a lot before investing otherwise if I have to pay 10 percent tax on selling property within first year then it will make this investment much less attractive for me.

@Ali, Half knowledge is no knowledge and making assumptions on the basis of half knowledge is lethal. 10% Tax is on gains which one makes on a property(selling-buying price) not on overall price of property. if you earn 20 lac in one years paying 2 lac as CGT is what problem. if you are not filer then even no need to pay this 10% all together

@ Real Estate is best you should apologies to User_6006. Yes you have correct & 100 knowledge about taxes. But issue isn't taxes. Issue is FBR threat and source of money. Our system had converted white money into black. Now wait for market to stable. This is true, I also ve one plot for sell but no offer yet. On ground reality is if plot price was 130, seller demanding 135 and buyers offering 100. Not only me everyone wants to catch crash deal. Who doesn't want to buy cheap. Best buy gives you best sell.

@SHOQ its a bit correction not any downward trend as files in prism are not that much traded because now on ground plots are available with much more better location. there is chance that file will not get good location now

Bahria can give two options. 1 transfer of registry on effecties name so they can get compensation directly from GOVT. 2. Give plot on new location. Please go for only option 2 or force Bahria only for option 2. These sector aren't approved from LDA. GOVT will give peanuts even to commercial plot holders because in LDA records this is still agricultural land.

same time Q is where bahria will accommodate them , where they have land certainly not in bahria sector f , so orchard phase 3 or bahria emc !! in this case loss will be high too because i know the taste when bahria kicked me out from sector c and threw me in orchard ...... Loss in every case , i think compensation from govt might be better instead of juicy candy from bahria

Today I visited Bahria Town Office in Orchard. Being the owner of Golf View North plot #861 corner 10marla, I wanted some clarification. To my surprise, bahria town office had information regarding the exact route of ring road and I was told my plot was affected. Met a retired Major but to no avail, as he to told me fill out this form and sleep for 4-6 months for clarification. There were 2 other gentlemen with me who had 3 kanal plots and a commercial plots all affected and angry at his office.
The usual lollypop given by Major sahab was bahria will not let ring road pass through B.T but if it does pass, a committee has been form it will act in due course. UTTER BULLSHIT I say this from Bahria town!
I will not settle for a plot in Orchard or EMC or NAsheman!

I have plot in GVR Southern block. its not under Ring Road. IF we consider that ring road will pass through bahria town so remaining part fo GVR bahira will construct or not..Bcz if we see map ring road is cutting GVR into two parts.
I am confused regarding that issue kindly guide experts guide me.

The remaining South and North will be connected by underpass.
Dont worry. Map will be revised only to accommodate RR and effecties will be adjusted elsewhere.

The remaining plots will stay where they are with very minor modification/s to road, parks etc.

First I wonder why you liqudated property for booking in DHA Mutan. Most likely minimum chance to get a plot in ballot. l personally checked 2500 plus NIC bumbers and none win in DHA Peshawar. What makes you so sure that you sold your pproperty.
