ISLAMABAD: The officials of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and representatives of business community failed to reach an agreement on valuation of immovable properties at talks held on Thursday. Both the sides will meet again on Friday (July 29).
Sources in business community said that both the sides deliberated over the valuations of immovable properties gathered by FBR and 13-member committee comprising builders, developers and real estate representatives.
The sources said that stakeholders would meet on July 29 for further talks.

Regulation maker are incompetent . Rules me Munifiqat he.At one hand, sending hard earned money to FCA accounts is legal. Money changers are legal. Changed money is legal.
On the other hand Buying a dreamed house for living of family by savings Halal earning of years of hard working abroad, becomes Asset by BLACK MONEY" overnight becouse of changing the money by legal money chngers.
BECUSE Govt forgot to see the difference of DC and fair market rate and continued to accept the transictions of properties for several decades.
All of sudden Upon waking up one day they victimized the innocents overseas by imposing the demand of additional money to be payable for a house purchazed with difficulties within last five years.
Since they were sleeping therefore they were not able to announce that by the enforcement of legal status of money changer, requirment of PROCEED REALIZATION CERTICATE (PRC) stands null and void.
Now very simple question arises:
Is it illegal to sending money to own FCA account in Pakistan??

Is the means of changing money illegal? Then whey these are available and working?
If they these m3ans are legal then why the PRC is required by FBR.
How come one says legal money is said to be black?????? Especialy in context of new property tax.

Dear All stakeholders of phase 9

With current pace of development it is not possible to deliver within 3 years. Which dha has promised. We should push Dha to do some thing.we should arrange a peacefull protes or At least every body can send a written complaint to ADHA regarding slow progress. It will build pressure on them. Hope fully they will do something. Just wait wait wait wait for next 8 years is very difficult.
