All people who were making mind to buy in DHA 7 should react ASAP as sharp gain is expected here in few months. Soon you will not find any think reasonable in less than 150, I was tacking a plot on a bit compromised possession location in 105 Lac demand [Possible deal in 103 as per dealer] in March. Now that plot is being offered in 120 Lac.
Look at the ground realities and being neglected in last 2 years by investor was making is best buy in March. Still I believe that 2016 to 2020 there will no place to make home but only phase 7. Then only major part of Phase 8 and ivy green will hit market and after another 3 years Prism will be available for possession.

Dear CMY, we always appreciate you in time intimation for any move in market, And Obviously you are best person to advise sincerely. Not only you also advise to exit or stop investing when you see some property in getting unrealistic price like you warned people about prisms hyper inflated blocks. This is the best example of honesty when you have clients and you tell them not to buy. No dealer does that.
I will slightly disagree with you, for the issue of DHA 7 Potential you have always disagreed with Jameel Bhai, I very carefully read your argument when you posed as "your old fried" 2 months back when you advised him to exit from DHA 7.
But Never mind we always value your posts and get a lot good out of it.

Hence proved that CMY is also a human being and some of his predictions can be wrong timed but he corrected his stance in his audio message at end of May and clarified that in detail. But some people are continuously blasting Prism from ballot to this date. With every passing day Prism have proved them wrong but they still continues without looking into their bias or shortsightedness.

Habib CMY last one year said switch to prism and with that advise ppl made tons of money agreed ? Plz tell.
He said in that convo to prism deniers to Dell there worse location phase 7 plots and come out of prism potential denial. Phase 7 good blocks he said will improve couple of months ago in chat groupd also.

Problem is ppl who kept phase 7 for last one year lost money and we're trying to convince others and those who listened then lost. Phase 7 finally got some jump now and the ppl taking credit were yelling jump jump last 2 years. And fear fear for prism. So even a broken clock gets time right 2 times a day what you think

Dha Multan location is far better than Dha Bahawapur.
Even Multan is very cheap in this price.Its location is
superior and societies around it are 6-8 lac per Marla.

DHA Multan launching is just after Eid. Total 2500 plots (10 marla & 1 kanal) will be offered. Minimum own price will be 10 lac for one kanal file. There 500 affidavit cash files left in market. Those who ve cash better buy cash file and don't wait for installment as chances are very less for one to get. In Bahawalpur more than 400000 applications were received for 6000 files.

DHA Bwp is great investment but not now...in future InshaAllah. It will take lot of time for DHA Bwp to give handsome returns. At present outside lahore only DHA multan is investment volatility game and attractive for money makers due to many on ground realities comparing to BWP where 2 Kanal is launched at justtt 90.

Now its time for bahawalpur as CMY explained its development & features.
As after now onwards buyers have 2 great opprtunities to grab i.e Multan & now Bahawalpur as well.
The main feature of Bhawalpur is that it is fully backed by Milatary project with a very compatitive price as well as tranferrable in Lahore. So now onwards buyers have two choices to think after Lahore.
Bahawalpur has more room to grow in terms of Multan as developments already starts there.

Multan and Bahawalpur; both are army project but difference is Multan is advance in progression because it has requisite land and is about to launch. Files will turn into plot numbers and development will see shape by middle of next year.
Bahawalpur does not have required land and due to remoteness investors were not willing to travel for transfer to Bahawalpur. Now this issue is resolved but land acquisition will take time and file price will keep oscillating up and down.
In the end both are good projects and will gain. Multan will mature early than Bahawalpur. But being cheaper than Multan later is attractive for investor till it becomes close to Multan

I had same issue. Your letter of development charges woukd be back in your DHA file. Please visit DHA office with original allocation letter and NIC to get you letter.

This Letter is not Allotment letter or Ownership Letter, No one can sell or use this letter. All letters which are important are given in hand when you show your ID card, and sign in person in your File.

Ist letter at purchases even if Balloted or not called intimation letter or allocation is given in person.
After all development Charges finished and possession announced you get Allotment letter in person and after signature and you surrender previous letter.
Then possession letter also in person and after signature.
If you lose any of Above letter you will have to produce an affidavit and then get a duplicate letter in person after some long procedure.

The Letter for instructions to pay sent via courier is not that important if not delivered will go back your file, even if does not go back can be reprinted any time in DHA Office on same day without any formalities but need to go in person. Even any of your relative/friend who not have that letter but only Knows Plot and allocation File number. Reception of DHA office will immediately issue dues letter which you can pay in DHA office Banks, I went to DHA office due to different reason and recalled that i should pay installments of another plot as well. I had file and plot number saved in my Mobile I showed and they immediately Issues updated Callahan that you paid this much already and this much is due.
