I Think Tax will be on seller based on DC rate, This will reduce rapid turn over of property. However already about 7% of DC rate are transfer charges. Biana dealers and Open File Holders will still escape.

10 marla in Prism K n J is best option. Mark my words. You will gain maximum in this area after 1-2.5 years and H block as well for 1 kanal.

People often recommend upper cutting of this block. When is the turn coming for lower cutting ?

In J Block plots 10 upper lines in map, strictly speaking 10 Double lines for example plot number 16 to 896 and left and right are upper cutting
These are relative terms some may argue why Plot number 998 is not in upper cutting, Keep the map in front of you only then you will understand, in upper cutting too, central portion is considered best,
Like Plot number 575 is better than plot number 16, and 575 is better than 810, plots very near Graveyard and on boundaries are considered low Priced.

I dont think DHA can go beyond main gate, boundary wall and main boulevard without having money in their hands. So either they have to stop development or launch the project. Launching makes more sense because now they can market DHA Multan well with already constructed main gate and after eid is the best time to harness overseas money. :)
