Dear LRE team,

First of all thanks for your help and support for people like me residing out of country.This is really a public service. May Allah Almighty give you reward for this kindness.

My question is "I got assessment of my plot near 185V DHA phase 8 almost 10 days back. Due to problem in posting the add the same request was posted several times and i got different assessment values with a difference of 2 days. First post i was told around 150 lak on 7th May and second post 135 to 140 lak on 10th May 2016. Please let me know which one is correct value.

Secondly, plot V768 which is under high transmission line is valued in your list at 165 lack. I want to know Which one is bad location plot under your assessment "on ring road" or under "high tension electric lines"??

Just kidding. I am so happy for Statelife phase 2 holder. Was worried about their future for long time. Now finally we see some light in tunnel as management have came up with some workable formula to solve land shortage formula and finally getting serious to develop it on its own instead of begging DHA for merger each day for 12 years.
Good luck to all holders. My prayers are with you that your dreams come true. Seems like a good plan if they implement with honesty seriousness and hard work.

Orchard Vs J Block Prisim

Dear LRE and other experts,

I have a plot in Orchard worth around 4 million. I need an opinion for switch.

1 - Will it be wise to switch from Orchard to Prisim phase 9 5 Marla at this point or should I wait till or after eid?

OR
2 - Should i try to switch to DHA Multan file at this point?

The point in my mind is that there will be more deals coming in Orchard, but there will not be DHA 9 again if rates exceed my budget. What you guys have to say.
