Can you kindly shed some light on future of Sector “B” of DHA 9?

Some people are saying DHA would relocate Sector “B” plots to other sectors of DHA 9. I have concern as I have plot B-250 in same sector.

In my opinion, dha prism file can be balloted in some good place or at the very atleast I will get boundary plot.

I am planning to have 1 kanal plot in lahore with a budget of around 60 lac to construct house after two years and in this reference I have following options:

1: buy an on-ground plot in central park housing scheme

2: buy a non-possession plot in central housing scheme in C block

3: make an investment in dha multan for two years and then buy a plot in central housing scheme or such like society.

Advice is solicited in this regard, especially from the honorable guru MR. CMY, if he is kind enough.

In above commercial area DHA have added more than 200 commercial plots (now total approx 700 plots) which makes it biggest commercial area in whole DHA ( proper) how it will impact on the prices of CCA 4 commercial plots

Today Multan price is 34 Lakh as per DHA website, it is moving now,

as Mr.CMY recommended and advised that Multan will be slow but steady gainer, and its happening now.

Dha prisom B block

Dha Prism-B Block is a most ignored block having more than 50% excluded area. This cannot be developed till clearance of such areas. All plot holders in this block are on risk. They have been trapped by Dha.
I think that we should stop paying development charges till things are settled. Best wishes for B block plot holders

As B block of Dha 9 Prism is most ignored and is also a step child, should we discontinue depositing installments of Dev. Charges till its fate is cleared??
In map, its lay out/plan has so many flaws, which shows that this was created in haste. To me this sector is a trap to imprison innocent investors. They are confused what to do.in the presence of more than 50% Excluded area, how its development can occur. How its main road can be straighten???
So all plot holders in this b block of dha9 prism should stop paying D.Charges.
