Why Phase 7 prices are still the same as 6 months ago

I noticed that prices have gone up for nearly all plots/files except phase 7. Why Phase 7 prices are still the same as 6 months ago? Any expert opinion as I want to buy and feel like buying only phase 7 now

construction upto 5 years time is okay.

Dear CMY and all people posting here,

I think anonymity is the thing which is making this forum very attractive in the past

You can add option to register via email, so that providing cell number ( an identity in Pakistan) is not required ( as on most of the sites).

It will give all the benefits of avoiding fake comments, creating credibility etc, it just adds a feature that cell phone number is not required for registration. Using Cell phone is equivalent to using CNIC in Pakistan.

I shall be obliged if LRE Experts evaluate my extremely good located plot in dha prisom # 856 B one kanal.As I am a retired person and not be able to meet its development charges, planning to get 10 marla plot here and rest amount be utilised domestically.
