Its better to hold your plot till your arrival to pakistan. See the Market trends and then decide.
"In Shaa Allah" you got benefit.
Decission is yours.
& I think may be 99.9% sure that your presence is necessary for tranfer of plot.

Got an information that with the PentaSquare apartments construction, they will start underpass for M-block. This is the reason that in the market, demand of M block is going high and rates are going up. Rest Allah knows better. Awaiting for LRE team to update us exactly.

It is bit risky to enter Multan. If someone belongs to Lahore. I think it might take atleast 3 long years to get a good return from Multan file in case If your luck counts for a good plot in ballot. Other wise for short term i will not recomend it in any Case may cause you loss in short term. It is better to buy a R block plot in Prism its is very good investment for long as well as for Short term.

Parkview would have localized foot fall. People from Phase-8 and adjacent phases would tend to go to Commercial Broadway which will be main center of attraction. Under these circumstance the potential for parkview seems limited.

All are great blocks. I personally have investments in Q and P but I'd highly recommend investing in a well located R Block. I couldn't find a good plot when I was looking around last year during my short visit to Lahore. I expect at least 15% gain this year likely more if development begins quick enough.

When phase 1 was being developed H and N blocks were considered 'bad' investments due to close proximity to many small villages. Now it is one of the best blocks in phase 1 including tons of retail, banks, internarional franchises, lovely mosques etc. So once a project progresses there can be many amendments to the plan thereby changing the value of the block communities.

Good plot to me means two things:
1-located in a good block (a block which is likely to be developed sooner, has a few good projects assigned to it e.g. parks or well planned retail or other dha projects etc) - anything that adds character to the block. R Block has lots of parks, has a few massive DHA Projects planned for it. It's well located in proximity to the planned LRR also.
2- plot is not facing a graveyard, power station, retail, school, mosque, boundary wall.

Anything extra makes a plot even more valuable like facing wide road, facing Park (though some people don't like Park facing plots but generally Park facing plots are more desired), corner (again some people don't like corner because one has to maintain two public facing boundary walls instead of one but corner plots are valued highly in Pakistan).

I think this is a question alot of people want to ask, they were mixed comments on this so im not sure what is correct, can someone please tell me what will be the penalty for three years if development charges are not paid for three years, please comment on all sizes
