Why prices in Sui Gas Phase-2 are static and not moving upwards in line with other societies? When is it expected to move upwards and hence right time to buy. The reason being if one invests and prices do not move upwards in the next 1 -2 years then there would be an opportunity cost of this investment.

Can someone please advice what is the best place to invest around 15-20 lac (in Lahore or eleswhere) for 2 - 3 years?

It is plot # 12, which is a corner plot and don't compare it with middle plots as corner always give more advantage to commercial property as two sides can have an access plus more front parking.. Banks love such plazas ... I have already rented three plazas in Cantt , Y block and phase 5..

So I am not need in hurry to give away my plot at negotiable price . If you want to earn big, you need to pay big... I know myself that this plot today will be 15 Crore in 5 years but I also know that I can make much more than 15 Crore in 5 years after investing this amount in my foreign projects

No one has received the intimation letter for development charges of Prism plots. The development work will start after development charges first installment is paid which seems to be in March-April 2016. I think the development will start after June 2016.

I recently visited DHA Town, there are no sign of any construction activity. Do you have any idea when they are going to connect DHA Town with Ph6 block E? I believe there will be construction activity in DHA Town ONLY IF they connect it with block E as the approach is pathetic at present.
