DHA RAHBAR ph2 5 Marla plot near park/school


It is 8 streets away from Drain. Will it be considered bad location plot.


That comes to roughly 900 feet away as each street has front and back houses in between.

On my recent visit to homeland i observed overall market is prism DHA P9 is slow which means its good time to buy. Furthermore for investment point of view J block upper cutting plots (i.e from 1 to 1000) are a good option right now because of following reasons

1. This part is only 10 min drive to bank stop on Firozpur road. Kaman and Ashiaya road leading to Firozpur road are recently built and in good condition. I personally visited there.
2. Its near to interchange of LRR also there is a bridge/underpass on MAP near park which is connecting it to F block of Prism.
3. Nearby Ashiana housing society is nice planned society currently built by Bahria Town constructors on behalf of Govt.
4. Most importantly currently it's under-priced as compared to R block. Good plots available between 24 to 28 Lac which means it has more potential to grow.

So if one can hold for some time it's a good investment opportunity. Others are welcomed to comment on this.

I am an oversea, living in Saudi Arabia. I have 4 plots "1 kanal each". I saw news here that development charges have been announced and it's 19.50 Lac for 1 Kanal, starting from 15-Nov-2015.

However, I am not yet notified by DHA about the payment plan or bank account detail in order to transfer the charges.

Can you please kindly guide me, how to sort it out on priority?
