AOA, BROTHER,,,i think this ring road will not have any impact except that it may disturb the residents of those houses (when made)which will be near the ring road to some extent,,,but i think this noise can be neutralized by making service roads on either side of the ring road,because due to this svc rd the houses will have more distance from the ring road having less noise effect,,,,you just visit RR near ph 5 dha,,,,if this is not raised then it will neither disturb privacy nor will have more noise,,,,,
Now few points with regards to bifurcation in 2 parts,,,
,,,it will not affect you untill u have relatives on other side of the road,,,,second if u see closely it is bifercated already with little water ch-anal which is running along sector H and E,,,,SO at present both parts are linked through bridge so thereafter they can be linked either with underpass or overhead bridge,,,,then what is the worry is,,,,you just let the raiwand road complete ,,,,after that you will see this society more appealing for living point of view,,,,,because in 6 months and so we will see commercial activity as well there coz plaza has been constructed,,,,,,good area to grab right now between the price of 55 to 75 lac,,,,,,prices should touch 90 in 6 to 8 months or so INSHALLAH |
